  I found a stray kitten in December 2025 and on my neighbour's advice, took her to Dr Fernaz and I'm so glad I did. With her experience and compassion for animals, she is very precise in her treatment. I decided to keep the kitten and the doctor guided me by helping me understand feline behaviour, habits, vaccination and deworming protocols. She and her staff work beyond the hours listed, ensuring no patient is denied treatment as long as the clinic is open. Also, the staff members are very empathetic and caring towards animals.   I've been visiting Dr Fernaz for years for my little baby Tom. She has seen him through his multiple cat fights, injuries and health issues. Dr. Fernaz and her team Sunny and Anil have been the most compassionate, kind and loving people to care for Tom. My cat was recently diagnosed with a very agressive tumor and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to support my baby through his journey. Dr Fernaz always looks out for your pet's best interest and guides you so well through everything. If you're looking for a great vet and and even more amazing person who genuinely cares for the well-being of your pet there's no one else I would trust. Everyone I've met at her clinic with their pets also speak highly of her. She also looks out for stray animals and helped us out with treatment for little kittens and providing them with feeding bottles while we were fostering and looking for new homes for them.   Doctor and staff is really good , corporative and helpful they treat all the patients as there own baby even in odd hours when the clinic is closed the doctor is available 24/7 to help on call or on text . My cat Spotify (9 months old) was really sick diagnosed with parvo virus need to be admitted as soon as possible she talk to one of her doctor friend and got him admitted in emergency ward at vet hospital. She was constantly in touch with other doctors till the time Spotify was there and as he got back she helped us in recovery and regaining his health now he is perfectly fine can’t recommend a better vet in Mumbai as a pet owner I would suggest all to take your baby’s to dr. Farnaz as we all know it’s hard to find a good and trusted doctor for your baby’s taking Spotify to her was my best decision as a pet parent for his health 😊❤️.

  I have been taking my cat Jiro to Dr. Fernaz for the past 1 year. My cat is just 1 year old and suffers from travel anxiety. Dr. Fernaz, Sunny and team handle him diligently, compassionately and with utmost care. Jiro has been fully vaccinated and neutered under Dr. Fernaz's care. They are very responsive over chat during non-visit hours as well. Not only me, but a couple of my friends take their pets to the clinic as well, and foster the same trust and confidence in her care. Can't recommend them enough for doing such a great job.
