This is, without question, the worst veterinary experience I have ever had. Despite having an almost empty clinic, this vet behaves as if he is constantly overwhelmed and far too important to speak to pet owners with basic courtesy. His attitude is arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. What is most concerning is his complete lack of empathy and communication. Instead of reassuring worried pet parents and explaining the condition or treatment properly, he creates unnecessary fear and anxiety. Every interaction feels rushed, cold, and transactional. A veterinarian's job is not just to treat animals but also to guide and support the people who care for them. Unfortunately, this vet seems to have forgotten that entirely. He lacks patience, compassion, and the basic bedside manner expected from any healthcare professional. It's no surprise the clinic remains largely empty If there were a rating lower than one star, I would gladly give it. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who expects professionalism, respect, or genuine concern for their pet's well-being. This part is the reply for his image saving on reviews. Thank you for your response, but it completely avoids the concerns raised in my review. At no point did I refuse treatment for my pet. I was simply trying to explain her medical history, symptoms, and the treatment she had already received so that you could make an informed assessment. Instead of listening patiently, you repeatedly interrupted me and appeared more interested in dismissing my concerns than understanding my pet's condition. You mention "professional treatment" and "proper protocol," yet professionalism also includes listening to pet owners, communicating respectfully, and answering questions without displaying irritation or impatience. The issue was never your recommendation for treatment. The issue was your attitude and the manner in which you communicated. Telling a worried pet owner that you do not have time to listen, while refusing to hear the full history of the case, is not the standard of care and professionalism that most people expect from a veterinarian. My review reflects my personal experience during that visit. Other pet owners can read both our comments and decide for themselves.

Reporting my poor experience with Dr Gupta about a medicine purchase inquiry on 18th October 2025. Long story short: I found him to lack basic courtesy, manners and integrity. Was deceived by him. Details: I called him from google search results to confirm availability of 3 specific meds for my dog, during a hectic evening and also about 10% discount thereon. He confirmed both and I managed to visit him after this query. Upon billing, he denied the discount saying that I must buy something more. And then didn’t seem to care that I don’t live right above his clinic or something…that it’s every bit about my time, effort and money to visit him from a considerable distance to buy these meds. His quick answer was “Leni hai toh lo, warna mat lo”. I was disappointed by this show of him trying to hold me to ransom. [ I say ransom because he knew I’ve waited for him first myself before his clinic opened. Then I left due to another urgency before he arrived at the clinic. I then arrange for someone else to visit him for the medicine and they updated me what he was doing. So I called Mr Gupta]. Basically, he knew I needed the meds and he tried to benefit out of this situation in a completely unethical and dishonest manner. I conveyed my disappointment to him on call for his brazen lack of professionalism, bedside manners, integrity and care. He cut the call saying “Don’t teach me manners”. I didn’t feel right to being coerced into purchasing from him. So had my representative leave and get the meds from elsewhere.

Worst VET ever I have seen in my whole life. Don't know how to treat animals. Have zero knowledge..just siting and wasting everyone's time and money. Even in emergency I will not recommend this doctor. Would rather trust govt hospital.

I took my pet after having a disastrous experience with a vet earlier. I was comforted by Dr Gupta's friendly nature and immense knowledge about pets and my pet felt at ease as well. The treatment was pocket friendly and there was ample advice to take good care of my pet. A much recommended place for people with pets. Thank you

Misdiagnosis almost killed my pet. He's a very money minded person running a business, not a clinic. Since my first visit, all he focused on more was the products I should buy from him. I ignored all that, but when my puppy got bit by a stray a week ago, he simply cleaned the wound and gave a few vaccines, after 3-4 days there was massive swelling beneath the wound which he didn't pay attention to even after me personally telling him to look at it. He just called it inflammation and gave yet another injection. The very same night the swollen region burst open and a lot of blood/pus flowed out. It was around 10pm and he refused to come to clinic and told me to come the next morning, but I still went to another clinic where the residing vet told me there was extreme muscle damage and all the dead tissues had created infection. Had we not taken him to another vet, things would've gone badly. Please find a better vet who are merely few minutes away from this pathetic excuse of a doctor.
