Dr. Inder Singh is truly the best doctor in West Delhi. The staff at the clinic is very polite, supportive, and well-organized, which makes every visit smooth and comfortable. Dr. Inder is highly experienced and knowledgeable, and we have trusted him with our dog’s care for the past 10 years. He took wonderful care of our previous dog, Rollen (Golden Retriever), and now continues to provide the same excellent care for our current dog, Leo (Shih Tzu). His dedication, clear guidance, and genuine compassion for pets are the highlights that keep us coming back. Highly recommended for any pet owner looking for reliable and caring veterinary support.

My dog was subjected to repeated drips and heavy injections for nearly two months with absolutely no improvement. Her legs and hands were left with multiple needle marks and cuts from repeated attempts, and watching her go through this was traumatic. Despite all these injections and drips, her condition only kept worsening. There was no clear diagnosis, no urgency, and no change in treatment even when it was clearly not working. We were simply told to keep coming back. We trusted this vet, but he proved to be untrustworthy. By the time we took a second opinion, my dog was critical and could not be saved. Please do not take your pet here.

I am writing this review based on my personal experience. My dog has been under treatment for a serious liver condition with jaundice and ascites for over 3 weeks. While basic supportive treatment was given, I felt there was no clear diagnosis, no structured long-term plan, and very limited explanation of my pet’s condition and prognosis. Despite repeated visits and tests, there was no clarity on the root cause or why there was minimal improvement. Communication was a major concern — questions were often left unanswered, and uncertainty was openly expressed, which is very distressing when dealing with a critically ill pet. I believe pet parents deserve clear explanations, confidence, and guidance, especially in complex cases. Unfortunately, my experience here did not meet that expectation. I would strongly advise others with serious or chronic cases to consider seeking a second opinion or specialist care.

Dr Inder Singh has degraded the quality of his service. I had full confidence in him. My pawson got sick we took him to Dr Inder who has been our regular for 2.5 years. Although he walked to the clinic, after being administered close to 10 shots the boy deteriorated and was not able to stand anymore. We pushed imported food which we had to purchase. Worst is that I personally intimated him about every development happening with my furry and he assured us that he will recover. It didn't strike us as per parents that we should seek a second opinion. Neither did Dr Inder suggest that the case was beyond clinical treatment. We lost our baby in 4 days. I cannot comment on knowledge but yes I can say that the work done is mechanical and money aligned. My request to all pet parents - please go for a second opinion before it's too late because an unfillable void remains and we question ourselves on what we did wrong. I am extremely disturbed by my experience. Also note that I didn't appreciate his constant consultation with his para med staff. Doesn't speak volumes about professional ethics. I baby was 9 as we lost him a month ago. Kindly note don't fall in the trap of Simparica as an alternative to tick prevention. It causes havoc to the kidneys.
