Extremely disappointed with the treatment my Pet received. In 4 days, the doctor checked him only twice, and he doesn’t talk or explain anything the staff seemed unsure about his medication and dosage, even for a pug breed. I trusted them completely because I thought they knew what they were doing, and we never got a clear answer about what was actually wrong. I thought that night i should change the Dr but unfortunately the checkup was done and idk which injections they gave, i lost him just after 5 mins while returning to home after vet checkup. I lost my pet, and that pain will stay with me forever. It honestly felt like the focus was more on money than proper care. I wish they had taken his condition more seriously. I sincerely hope no other pet parent has to go through what I went through.
