I wish there was an option to give minus stars here….. the behaviour and the entire staff is so ruthless that no pet owner or a pet lover can bear… I lost my dog because of their reckless handling and forcefully putting IV to him which made him so scared since he was very sensitive and also unwell at that point, he needed to be handled with care and love which was the least we expect from a vet and in their clinic… but unfortunately it’s zero. They only want money and not give proper treatment, imagine his blood test was done just 2 days prior n again this vet asked to do another blood test which for some what similar how can it be okay when he is unwell and not eating there is no energy in him and you want to take another same blood test… we told him just put the saline. Which he did but I swear my dogs condition within few hours deteriorating and he passed away….. he wasn’t so sick that he would’ve passed away…

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my dog received at this clinic. After the treatment provided by the veterinarian, my dog's condition worsened instead of improving. The vet insisted on conducting additional tests, even though these tests had already been performed recently and the reports were normal. When we explained this and declined the unnecessary repeat testing, the veterinarian became argumentative rather than addressing our concerns professionally. As a pet owner, I expected compassionate care, clear communication, and appropriate medical guidance. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend this clinic.

The Best Vet in Mumbai – A Lifesaver and Professional! "We have been bringing our pet to Dr. Sachin Nagare’s Animal Care Clinic since he was a tiny 35-day-old puppy. Right from the start, Sir provided us with the perfect guidance on do’s and don’ts that set the foundation for our pet's health. Our pet is now 7.5 years old, and in all these years, Dr. Sachin is the only person we trust. He is truly like a God to us because he saved our puppy from a life-threatening case of gastro when he was only 50 days old. We feel incredibly blessed to have a vet who has known and examined him since day one of his childhood. What makes Dr. Sachin stand out is his incredible professionalism. Anyone with a Beagle knows how difficult they can be to handle at a clinic, but Sir handles him with such ease that our pet completely surrenders in front of him. His expertise and calm nature are unmatched. We trust him implicitly and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. If you are in Mumbai and want the absolute best care for your fur baby, Dr. Sachin Nagare is the person to see!" Regards Pradeep

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the most upsetting and disappointing experience I have ever had with a veterinary clinic. The doctor’s attitude was cold, rude, and uncaring, and the lack of empathy was unbelievable. My dog deserved better care, and I deserved better treatment as a grieving pet owner. The entire experience was heartbreaking and left me with no confidence in this clinic whatsoever. I cannot recommend this place and sincerely regret ever bringing my pet here. He would be alive if I would’ve taken him somewhere else. Ridiculous.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a veterinary clinic. The doctor was rude, unprofessional, and showed very little compassion toward both pets and their owners. My dog passed away after being treated here, and the entire experience left me heartbroken and deeply dissatisfied with the level of care and communication provided. Pet owners deserve far better than this. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before trusting their beloved animals to this clinic.
