Hi, I am visiting Dr. Namrata from past 3 years for vaccination and treatment of my cats. She is very helpful, empathetic and precise in consultation. Her experience helped me to treat and manage lifestyle for my paralyzed cat. I would highly recommend her to be your pets entrusted vet.

Losing our beloved 23-month-old Golden Retriever to Tick Fever (Babesia) in Darjeeling in April 2026 left us devastated. So, when our 3-month-old Golden Retriever, Buffy, was diagnosed with the same disease, we knew we couldn’t take any chances. We made the difficult decision to travel all the way from Darjeeling to Pune in the hope of giving her the best possible treatment and care. Meeting Dr. Namrata was nothing short of a blessing. By the time Buffy came under her care, she was critically ill. She had to be placed on oxygen support, and her condition deteriorated to the point where an emergency blood transfusion became essential to save her life. It was one of the most frightening experiences we have ever faced as pet parents. Dr. Namrata handled every moment with remarkable calm, confidence, and compassion. Her medical expertise, prompt decision-making, and unwavering dedication gave Buffy the fighting chance she needed. She kept us informed, reassured us through every setback, and stood by us with genuine empathy during the most difficult days. Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to Rambo, the wonderful canine blood donor whose selfless gift gave Buffy another chance at life. Rambo’s blood donation was nothing short of a miracle, and we will forever remain grateful to him and his family for helping save our little girl. Today, seeing Buffy happy, playful, and recovering well feels like a miracle we once feared we’d never witness. It fills our heart with gratitude. Dr. Namrata didn’t just treat our puppy—she restored our hope after an unimaginable loss. To us, she is far more than an exceptional veterinarian. She is a compassionate healer whose dedication, kindness, and expertise make all the difference when every second counts. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Dr. Namrata, for giving Buffy a second chance at life. We will remain forever grateful. We wholeheartedly recommend her to every pet parent seeking a veterinarian who combines exceptional medical expertise with genuine kindness and empathy.
