I visited this vet on the first day after rescuing my kitten. The first red flag for me was how rudely she spoke to her staff, but I overlooked it because my kitten had diarrhea and I needed immediate help. The clinic was very busy, and the vet spent less than two minutes examining my kitten. I even had to ask her to tell me my kitten's gender. As a pet owner, I expected a much more thorough examination. I paid over 2.5k and wasn't given a bill because I was told the accountant wasn't available. A week later, I took my kitten to another vet because she wasn't improving. That vet found a wound on her leg that appeared to have been there before I adopted her. I was also told she needed critical care which Dr. Nilima with her no. Should have identified. Sadly, by then it was too late, and my kitten passed away. Based on my experience, I felt the initial examination was rushed and important issues were missed. If you're considering this clinic, I would encourage you to carefully evaluate your options and choose a vet who takes the time to thoroughly examine every pet.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Last week, Dr. Nilima gave us a mother cat and two kittens. Within four days, both kittens became seriously ill with continuous vomiting, severe diarrhea, and they were too weak to walk. We brought them to the clinic and treatment was started. The next day, due to unavoidable reasons, we couldn’t visit the clinic. Sadly, one of the kittens passed away. Today, we rushed the second kitten to the clinic. My sister waited from 12:30 PM until around 3:30 PM with a critically ill kitten that had not eaten for hours. During this time, another patient who had arrived later was taken in before us, which was very upsetting considering the condition of our kitten. When the doctor finally saw the kitten, instead of showing empathy, we were told words that were deeply hurtful during such a painful moment "aayinda ap log ko animal nahi dungi isse acha hota yahi mar jaate"this is the exact words of Dr Nilima and this is not first time it’s happened everytime I also felt that staff members were handling or advising on cases in ways I expected the veterinarian to handle directly My sister also felt humiliated in front of other clients and staff. As grieving pet owners, we expected compassion and respectful communication, regardless of the medical outcome. I understand that veterinary clinics can be busy and that not every animal can be saved. However, kindness, clear communication, and treating every pet owner with dignity are just as important as medical care. Unfortunately, our experience lacked those qualities. I hope the clinic improves its patient management, waiting system, and the way it communicates with pet owners during such difficult situations. I would also like to clarify that I did not ask or force anyone to give me the cats. One of the clinic staff offered them to us, and we accepted them with good intentions, hoping to give them a safe home. Before I adopted the mother cat and the two kittens, I was also asked if I knew another trustworthy person who could adopt another cat. I declined because I didn’t feel comfortable taking responsibility for someone else’s adoption That is why it was even more heartbreaking to go through this experience and then be spoken to so disrespectfully during such a difficult time Dr. Nilima please work on your behavior and the way you communicate with pet owners. Compassion and respect matter just as much as medical treatment.

Our 2½-year-old adopted stray cat, Phullu, went through an extremely difficult phase—first suffering a deep wound and then contracting a life-threatening viral infection. When his condition became critical, the clinic's team stepped in with exceptional care, compassion, and, most importantly, an accurate diagnosis followed by the right treatment. Today, Phullu is back to his happy, healthy self. The doctors and staff were consistently competent, courteous, and genuinely affectionate towards their patients. A special word of appreciation for Dr. Mounish Sharma, Dr. Priti Kamble, Mr. Rajkumar, Ms. Hansa, and Ms. Kavita, whose dedication, professionalism, and kindness made all the difference. The clinic is well-equipped, with four consultation/treatment tables, a good stock of pet foods, and emergency medicines readily available. Equally impressive is the clinic's commitment to hygiene—it is thoroughly cleaned and maintained every day, creating a safe and comfortable environment for pets and their owners alike. We are deeply grateful for the outstanding care Phullu received and would highly recommend this clinic to any pet parent.
