Very irresponsible. I came to get tick medication for my dog and specifically asked for Simparica 5-10kg. The attendee gave me the 20–40kg dose and when i asked “do i have to give full tablet?”, he initially told me to give the full tablet. When I pointed out the mistake, he casually said I could just give half. What if I hadn’t read the packaging? My dog could’ve ended up in the hospital due to heavy dose. Extremely careless behavior.
This clinic and the vet here were nothing short of a nightmare during my cat’s final moments. When I brought my pet in a very weak and critical condition, the doctor gave some so-called multivitamin “life-saving injection” without explaining the actual diagnosis. After that, he simply said, “Subeh tak theek hua toh theek hai, warna bhagwan pe chhod do.” I begged him to keep my cat under observation or at least give him glucose through a drip—his response? “Yeh clinic hai, hospital nahi. Hum yaha salaine nahi lagate. Apne ghar jaake karo.” He even said “We are not here to entertain you so much” and kept forcing me to leave. Later, when I called him again for help—hoping he’d reconsider—he casually said, “Main apni wife ko bus stand chodne aaya hoon, aap kuch aur dekhlo.” Just imagine that. At a moment when my pet was fighting for his life, this was the level of priority and compassion shown by a supposed vet. He didn’t care about informing me, didn’t take any responsibility, and showed zero empathy. My cat died helplessly because of delays and this inhuman behavior. Please, for your pet’s safety, do not visit this clinic. Pets deserve dignity and immediate care in critical times—not arrogance, excuses, and heartless treatment.
Guys please check everything before visiting this clinic...this doc. Doesn't know how to medic a pet..he gave high dose to my dog and now he is unwell ....in short he is not a proper doctor...plz dont visit ..
Worst doc ever. No knowledge at all. My persian cat was having diarrhoea so we took him here. This doc without any examination gave him 2 injections and loads of medicine. Did not give any antibiotics. Later my cat got weaker. We again took him here. He gave more injections and more high dose medication. My cat grew weakest. We again took him here it was vomiitiing this doc agn gave him injections. Lastly we rushed to another clinic. We got to know our cat suffered from gastro last stage. Antibiotics were not given. Unnecessary medicine were given. We shifted to big hospital. My cat was on ventilator for 8 hours but died due to lot of blood loss due to vomit and diarrhoea. This doctor killed my baby. Please req pet parents don’t go here plz plz
Very worst doctor Bagul, he gave vaccination to my cats and just another day my cats got infection, one of my cat's suffered from gastro, due to his overdose of injections and medications it made him sick more and more and unluckily we lost him, this doc just killed our pet. He literally gave him 1-2 injections and on every visit, of high dose that made my cat lose his immunity and made his condition more worsen that literally left my cat bleeding. He doesn't have any knowledge about pets. I highly request u guys to not visit this doctor as he is not well educated about animals and doesn't give any proper information about the animals sickness just taking it more lightly.. all that we did was not reading proper reviews. Hope this works plsss read reviews of any doctors before visiting them and save ur pets. We lost our cat just because we trusted this doc blindly. Can't even say if he's really a doctor who just killed so many lives. Plsss save ur pets , it's a humble request.🙏🏻🥺
