Very happy with the services. Doctors are great, staff very helpful and grooming was done really well. It’s a new place and they are offering new levels of service for pets and parents. Went for doc consultation and later grooming. My dog Loki loved the place. All the staff genuinely seem to love pets. Hope they can keep it up for a long time. Try out their annual packages, they are worth it.
Recently, I took my German Shepherd to Dr Paws, and I had a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My dog can be quite aggressive, and I’ve visited a few other veterinary clinics before where they struggled to handle him. But the team at Dr Paws managed everything very calmly and professionally they even helped safely put a muzzle on him without any issues. A special thanks to Dr. Sharavya, and whole team who treated my dog with great care and patience. She also followed up after the visit, which I truly appreciated it shows how much they genuinely care. Overall, I’m very grateful for their support and professionalism. Thank you so much to the entire team truly great help! 🙏
I took my cat Addu for a simple sanitary trim. I was looking for a simple trim, but I was gladly surprised by the work Lokesh did. He not only trimmed but beautifully shaped and patiently did the job. Most places I have been to just trim quickly as its a small service but Lokesh at Dr. Paws took time and did the job very thoroughly. The place is Addu approved

Absolutely amazing service! The team answers calls promptly and is so responsive. I needed urgent medicine for my cat Cindy, and they arranged it without any hassle. The best part: I could only reach the store after 10pm, which was past their closing time. When I told them, they were incredibly generous and waited for me to come. That kind of customer care is rare. Special thanks to Mr. Hrishikesh for his kindness and for helping us so promptly. I’m truly grateful. Highly recommend this store to anyone!
