Dr. Poonia's pet care clinic is the best clinic in Delhi.Last month I visited in emergency late night .My puppy Rambo was suffering from Parvo virus. Dr.Suraj and Dr. Preeti was so good . Especially Dr. Suraj saved my Rambo from this dangerous disease. Both doctors are so patient and calm.I literally want to thanks them for saving my puppy.
If I had the option to give 0 stars I would’ve given that. Firstly, it’s nothing as shown in the pictures. There’s a small room and they don’t have proper equipments. Nor do they handle the pet with care and give incorrect information. Seems like their concepts are not clear. Would never recommend to anybody. Nor do they share any details of what medicines are being given.
We visited on 27th and 28th feb 2022 for a stray pup and all he asked for 5000rs for operation and next day he said that blood samples are not good and made a collective bill of 3700rs and was asking for more money which we refused to give. He is just looting us for no reason He gave us medicines on MRP as well where other vets give 10% discount After long discussion we came to a point that we are not going to continue with treatment and we have returned back his medicines to him and now 2200rs is with him as a credit. Edit - we visited again on 23rd March to settle our 2200rs and we asked him to provide us goods worth rupees 2200 but, he forced us to delete this review and threatened us that he won’t provide items until we delete our review.
I will be forever grateful to doctor of this hospital. They literally saved my fur baby's life. The doctors are so patient and calm during treatment and my thousand questions in between. The facilities are great and super advanced. Very hygienic conditions as well. Staff is very friendly too. I want to specifically mention and thank Dr Poonia and others whose name I don't know but will never forget every effort they put in. Honestly I can write a 10 page essay so I am gonna stop now.. and God bless each and everyone of you. My Max says thank you to Dr Poonia pet centre 😊 🙏2
Terrible Experience - Avoid this Dr. PooniaPet Care Centre! I left my beloved dog at this pet care centre for 2 nights, but the experience was horrible. There was no fan or AC in the room, and yet they charged us ₹800 per night. They didn't even take proper care of feeding my dog, and the overall care was subpar. When I picked up my dog, he was very uncomfortable. The staff's behavior was also very poor. I wouldn't recommend this centre to anyone and would advise other pet owners to avoid it." I also have some videos where it clearly shows no light no fan is working in the clinic.
