Our cat is genuinely excited to go see Dr Prachi and honestly that’s the best testament to how Dr. Prachi is with animals. She is very patient and explains every detail. And takes all our concerns seriously no matter how small. She checks in even after the appointment and we absolutely love her.

Dr Prachi has been my vet for over 6 years now. My cats and I are so lucky to have her expertise and her manner. She is proactive and answers all my questions very patiently. I also love how she treats my cats and the affection she has for them is very evident.

I took my puppy, Buddie, to Dr. Prachi's clinic because he was suspected of having leptospirosis. Having already lost another pup to lepto, I was really scared. I contacted Dr. Prachi, who asked me to bring Buddie in within a few hours. I rushed to the clinic, where Dr. Prachi treated the symptoms immediately. Thanks to her quick action and swift thinking, she was able to save my Buddie. Although he needed long-term treatment, I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Prachi for her prompt response, which I believe was crucial in stopping the progression of the disease before it turns out to be critical, and that probably saved my Buddie. Grateful.

My friend and I lost our baby cat due to mycoplasma felis, thanks to her ignorance or apathy that lead to her giving us incorrect and apathetic advice. Our cat, TinTin was a stray and we did the first mistake of taking him to get vaccinated at Dr Prachi’s and the first red flag we noticed in her clinic was her offering dog food to the cat who could barely chew at it. A doctor who charges extravagantly cannot buy two separate bags of dog and cat food? This might seem like a little thing but it is not, because it demonstrates her inconsideration and carelessness, which was soon to resurface in a v serious form. Further our cat which was clearly emaciated was declared to be of healthy weight by her that day. Had she alerted us about his frailness (which is her literal job as a doctor), we could have done something. Our cat came back, and we noticed his reducing appetite day by day. So when my friend took the cat to her right after he skipped a meal, she ran some tests said the situation is critical but at the same time prescribed oral medications and liver sensitive food to him and said vaguely that he will get better in a week and fully better in three weeks. That day was one of the worst days in our baby’s life. He pooped continuously to the point when even blood came out and he suffered from severe diarrhoea. When Dr Prachi was informed of this in a state of panic, she prescribed an antibiotic and asked us to take him to Vetic if there is an emergency. The fact of the matter is that it was an emergency at that time but since she did not take the situation seriously, she made us put our guards down. The next morning, our baby was slowly breathing in the morning and was limp, we rushed to Vetic and met Dr Teja (who is a gem of a person; tried to save Tinu but couldn’t). He put him on IV medication and told us how ORAL MEDICATIONS HAD RUINED his condition and we should never given oral medications in this condition. He suffered from gastritis and internal bleeding. After successive days of continuous IV medication, he even started to get better and started becoming responsive. But since a lot of damage was already done to the baby’s body by the poor diagnosis and treatment done by Dr Prachi, his lungs collapsed on the morning of 30th March. Tinu passed away. If this doctor is not an expert, she could have let us know earlier. And we would have taken our cat to another doctor. But she didn’t do that. Her carelessness costed our baby his life. Would ask her to introspect the consequences of her actions.
