Terrible and unprofessional experience. Despite her claiming to be a gold medalist, this doctor showed zero empathy or compassion. I brought in my cat, who was severely traumatized, shivering, and in agonizing pain after being lost. When my pet understandably panicked and became aggressive, the doctor lashed out at me instead of handling the situation professionally. neither She have assistance to handle the situation nor she has that experience to handle that situation… When I asked for clarification on the unreadable handwriting, he rudely snapped at me. This aggressive behavior is completely unsuited for a veterinarian. I highly discourage taking your pets here. I wanted to review 0 but google doesn’t have that provision.. never take your loved ones here
