Excellent doc, excellent treatment. But, why 1 star. He doesn't have a GST No. So if you are planning to claim your pet's treatment cost; please go elsewhere. PS: Doc tried his best to coop but, not having a GST No is like a big no no.
Wish i could give you less than ZERO RATINGS!! Absolutely unacceptable and negligent treatment by this Dr. R.T. Sharma (Masoodpur). Our cat, Simba showed serious symptoms from the beginning—loss of appetite, inability to pass stool, and visible distress. Despite repeatedly raising concerns, Dr. Sharma continued administering injections without conducting even basic diagnostic tests. Only after we insisted were tests finally done, by which time Simba was already in a critical condition and diagnosed with jaundice. Even then, there was no urgency, no accountability, and a shocking lack of concern. We had to rush Simba to an emergency vet in Dwarka, where we were clearly told that if timely diagnosis and proper treatment had been given earlier, he could have been saved. This is not just poor treatment—this reflects serious negligence and disregard for an animal’s life. We are now seriously considering pursuing legal action for this irresponsible conduct. Pet parents, please be cautious and do not ignore red flags. Our loss is irreversible, but we hope no one else has to go through this. No idea who gave you the license and who gave you the So called fake degree!!! Really wanna sue this doctor…
I have met R T sharma sir and he reflects genuine love for the pets. I toom 6 of my indie puppies at his clinic to get them vacvinated and I was happy to see the concern of the employees to get the puupies adopted. Thank you for your concern.
because of his carelessness I lost my previous cat, simba, who was about to turn 1 this month, all he did was nothing but put in injections that did not even help and further worsen his health. L doctor
Our Dog had complications during her delivery the clinic helped us over call and helped deliver all her pups safely as soon as we reached. Thanks a lot for great service and bringing 4 cuties safely into this world.
