I am writing this review after months of draining, agonizing treatment because I wanted to give this clinic every chance before sharing my experience. Unfortunately, it has been an incredibly disappointing and financially draining ordeal that has left my rabbit suffering and my confidence completely shattered. I brought my rabbit, Fluffy, here for a watering LEFT eye. Multiple procedures, endless medications, and a staggering amount of money later, he is STILL suffering from the exact same problem from day one. Pet owners need to be aware of how this clinic operates Before the first surgery, I simply tried to ask a few responsible questions about the consent form and procedure before signing it. Instead of answering professionally, I was told By Rina that if I wanted to ask so many questions, I could take my rabbit and leave. Fluffy’s issue was strictly his LEFT eye, yet during his second surgery, a tooth was extracted from the RIGHT side. When I asked the doctor why this was done, she appeared completely confused. She actually had to leave the room to huddle with Dr. Fay before returning to tell me it was correct. If a surgery is being performed, there should never be confusion or a lack of confidence when explaining why a specific tooth was removed. Poor Quality Records & Refusal of Physical Copies: I was charged full price for X-rays, yet the clinic refused to provide a physical X-ray film. Instead, they emailed a digital file that was of incredibly poor quality and barely visible. When I followed up to ask for a clear copy so I could actually see what was happening, I was simply told that this was the only quality they had and that they do not give physical films. If an owner pays for diagnostics, they have a right to clear, legible medical records. The Post-Op Communication Trap: The communication post-surgery felt completely transactional. Whenever I called to ask basic questions about Fluffy’s recovery or his heavy medications, the doctors refused to speak over the phone. They repeatedly insisted that I physically visit the clinic instead. Every single visit meant another follow-up consultation fee, just to get a simple answer or a clear treatment plan. It felt like every single question was weaponized to force another paid visit. I understand no vet can guarantee a cure. I am writing this because I expected honesty, transparency, empathy, and proper communication. Instead, I was left completely frustrated and emotionally drained while watching my rabbit continue to suffer. This reflects my genuine personal experience, and I strongly advise pet owners to look elsewhere.

Multiple times I have booked and appointment, only for the clinic staff to call me last minute and say that the doctor will not be in, or will be in at a later time, and that I need to reschedule. It’s incredibly inconveniencing, rude, and shows a complete lack of respect for the pets she is treating. The doctor is also out of the office frequently, making this a bad place for any critical or emergency care. Even basic services such as nail cutting for my bunnies wasn’t done properly. I would NOT recommend seeing her if your pet is in critical condition because the doctor is flaky. Even her own clinic staff don’t know what days she will or will not be in the office. When my bunny was sick, the doctor prescribed meds. When he then stopped eating, we consulted the doctor virtually and sent a stool sample; she prescribed the same medications as she did before, forgetting and not even bothering to look at the bunny’s previous prescription. That led to confusion as to how to treat our bunny and which medicines to get. When we asked for clarification it took the staff 48 hours to get a proper response from the doctor as she did not reply when contacted directly. Don’t even bother inquiring about home visits because we did and the staff did not remember or contact the doctor to ask if it would be possible. The foodstuffs and treats they sell at the clinic are way overpriced. Basically, find another vet for your pets.

Worst experience . My little 2 months old Canure Parrot was not feeding from 2vdays. My son took him to the clinic. They charged 5000 rupees and even after that, my bird came back almost dead. Oxygen, Xray, forcefully feeding, bird shouting like anything😢. He is in worst condition from that day. I should not have taken him there. what will I answer to my Allah. They should learn howbto handle a small 🐦 bird. Please pray for my bird.

Edited to add a photo of the clinics reply on my review. The clinic owner has publicly named my business and made allegations of fake reviews and misuse of influence, amounting to defamation. These claims are incorrect and unrelated to the care my pet received. My review reflects my personal experience and is supported by medical records. I will not engage further and will allow appropriate authorities to review the matter. The case is already under multiple statutory body investigation. I am writing this review as an informed and responsible bird parent, sharing my personal experience in good faith. My macaw was treated at this clinic over multiple visits for an injury. During the course of treatment, I observed a steady and concerning deterioration in his condition despite regular follow-ups. I repeatedly raised concerns about pain, bandaging, and worsening symptoms, but felt these concerns were not adequately acknowledged or addressed at the time. Over several visits, I also noticed that day-to-day treatment and follow-ups were frequently handled by junior staff or interns, while the senior veterinarian whose expertise the clinic is widely known for was not consistently present. As the guardian of an exotic bird requiring specialised care, this raised serious concerns for me regarding continuity, supervision, and decision-making during treatment. Eventually, due to the worsening condition and my growing distress, I sought care elsewhere. I was then informed that significant and irreversible damage had already occurred, leading to permanent consequences for my bird. This outcome was devastating. What compounded this experience was the lack of clear communication and accountability afterward. My attempts to seek explanations and understand how the situation had progressed were not met with transparency or clarity. I want to be clear that this review reflects my personal experience and perceptions only, and is not a statement of legal findings. The matter is currently under review by the appropriate statutory authorities. I am sharing this so other pet parents—especially those with exotic or avian companions—can remain vigilant, ask detailed questions about who is providing care, seek clarity on treatment decisions, and consider second opinions when they feel uncertain. This review is written in good faith, with the hope that transparency leads to reflection, accountability, and improved care standards.

Dr Rina Dev was my baby’s first vet. I trusted her blindly despite a few problems. He broke his leg once on a trek, and Dr Murtuza didn’t recognise the fracture, something all the other vets were quite surprised about. Nevertheless I did sent my dog to Dr Rina for vaccinations every year and this year when I was about to send him again, I noticed that she forgot the rabies vaccination the previous year (2025). When I politely pointed this out to her, she became aggressive towards me and said that while in India we do the rabies vaccine every year, it was fine that he missed it. She then tried to gaslight me, telling me that my staff was asked to come later which wasn’t true. I was travelling at the time of the 2025 vaccination, so I had sent my driver. I remember speaking to her and she said she had done them all. It’s absurd that instead of apologising for this, she became aggressive. I urge you to please not go to her. She’s cold, arrogant and clearly careless.
