She told us that our cat is fine when his bladder was full of urine. Kept charging us for just speaking. Our cat literally developed kidney issue and liver issues because of her and is now dead

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. It felt more like a profit-driven operation rather than genuine healthcare. Her focus seems to be more on financial gain than patient care, which is unacceptable in a profession dedicated to helping others. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of her practice.

Great experience as a first-timer. I barely had to wait to be helped for my bird (Pintu) when I checked in. Not only has she taken great care of my bird's health, but also she is lovely to speak with. Dr. Goyel really took her time to explain my bird's medical condition as well as its treatment options. I highly recommend her for pets.

Very unprofessional. Does not keep promises. We had paid an advance for buying a golden retriever pup by a certain date. As the day approached, we did not hear from her and were finally told that the puppies are not available. Disrupted our plan. Promised us that she will call back but never returned the calls. Stay away.
