Dr. Ruhil is very humble and a good listener. He has vast experience that ensures your furry babies are in the safest hands. He does not believe in prescribing additional medication and provides the utmost care.

I have rescued a pup , and I was so stressed about his treatment and medical .. but when I meet dr. Ruhil, he was generous and polite.. and he gave right treatment to that pup.. now he is recovering and named him Pluto.. and yes the staff was amazing.. very warm and loving people

This was my second consultation at this clinic. My first visit was positive, with the doctors and staff, including the owner Dr. Ruhil, displaying good behavior. However, my visit yesterday was disappointing. The staff, particularly a compounder, was rude and unprofessional in their interactions with customers. Their attitude suggested a lack of respect for clients. I recommend checking the camera recordings for verification if needed. I would advise considering other pet clinics in Gurgaon, as there are many with better service.

We lost our pet due to negligence by Dr Ruhil. He did the surgery of our pet without even taking an xray or CT or MRI scan. Surgery cut did not heal for almost 2 months and then he suggested that our pet has cancer that’s why the wound is not healing. Surgery sample was also not sent for biopsy. And later when we got the Biopsy report done separately, it came negative for cancer. Finally we changed the doctor who started putting mupirocin and metronidazole on the wound and it started healing. But within just 5 days of recovery process our pet died of kidney failure due to more than 2 months of pain killlers given to her by Dr Ruhil. Her creatinine levels were pretty bad and the treatment couldn’t not make her recover from the kidney damage done by the pain killers. So it was a simple case of infection in the surgery wound for which bandage and treatment was required but he kept misdiagnosing it as some other reason including cancer and kept giving antibiotics/painkillers for over 2 months. It took me more than 2 months to bring myself to write this. But it is very important to write this so other people can take their pets to the right vet at the right time.
