I recently visited DCC Animal Hospital and had a very positive experience. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate toward animals. From the moment I arrived, the team ensured a smooth and organized process, minimizing wait times and making both me and my pet feel comfortable. The veterinarians demonstrated strong expertise and took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care. I appreciated their willingness to answer questions in detail, which built a sense of trust and confidence. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern medical tools, reflecting a high standard of care. Overall, DCC Animal Hospital stands out for its commitment to quality service, professionalism, and genuine care for pets. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable veterinary care.

It’s been more than 2 months since my dog Cherry’s surgery, and I wanted to share my feedback. Overall, I am happy with the surgery and, most importantly, the care given to my dog. The team was attentive, and the hospitality was really good, which made the whole experience smoother and reassuring. The cost was slightly on the higher side for me, but honestly, what matters most is that your pet is treated well and taken care of properly. Dr. Prabhkaran has a very polite and humble nature, and his experience really shows in the way he handles pets you can trust him completely. I would like to thank Dr. Prabhkaran and the entire team for taking such good care of Cherry.

I would wholeheartedly trust Dr. Prabhakaran with any diagnosis he provides. He is an exceptionally conscientious and ethical doctor, and your pet couldn’t be in more capable hands. If he recommends a test, it’s always in your pet’s best interest—so it’s worth following his advice. If your dog is truly part of your family, he is the one you should turn to. I am also very grateful to the entire DCC team, with special mention to Jeevan (aka Jyoti), who is always accommodating and empathetic to your needs.

In an age where clinical competence and compassion do not always go hand in hand, it is both rare and deeply reassuring to encounter professionals whose praxis reflects both in equal measure. I would like to specially acknowledge Doctor Prabhakaran Palinichamy and Paravet Vijay Shankar Yadav. Doctor Prabhakaran Palinichamy exemplifies a rare blend of veterinary expertise and composed authority. His clinical judgment carries an almost intuitive sagacity, allowing him to diagnose and treat with precision while remaining deeply attuned to the well-being of the animal and the concerns of the owner. There is an unassuming brilliance in the way he navigates complexity, never resorting to ostentation, yet consistently delivering outcomes that inspire quiet confidence. His commitment to ethical stewardship and animal welfare elevates his work beyond treatment into the realm of genuine healing. Paravet Vijay Shankar Yadav brings an equally vital dimension of compassion and attentiveness to animal care. His gentleness with animals, coupled with his diligence and instinctive understanding of their needs, creates an immediate sense of trust and comfort. What stands out is his quiet dedication and the sincerity with which he supports every stage of care, ensuring that both animals and their owners feel reassured throughout. Together, their efforts embody a standard of veterinary care that restores faith in what animal healthcare, at its finest, ought to be. What makes their work truly exceptional is not just the outcomes they deliver, but the trust they build along the way. In moments of uncertainty, when our animals cannot speak for themselves, it is professionals like them who become both voice and assurance. Their work is not merely a service, it is a responsibility they carry with quiet integrity, and for that, they deserve the highest appreciation. At the same time, the cost of care at the clinic is undeniably high, and it does place a significant strain on animal lovers and independent caretakers. For those of us who look after adopted Indian street and reduced dogs, this is not an occasional expense but a recurring responsibility, often borne without institutional support. Compassion for animals should not be quietly tested by affordability. While the quality of care is evident, one hopes that cost structures, too, evolve to better support those who are trying to do the right thing.

My Golden has had a very good care regimen at DCC near Uday Park over past years. But the surgery, pre and post surgery care after he got stones removed from his bladder was truly excellent and am very grateful to Dr Sarthak, and Gaurav and everyone really to make sure my fur baby and I were taken care of night and day. The team here is very helpful and caring and Peanut is happy to see them even after the tests and surgery trauma, which is amazing! Wish they had a daycare toooooo...
