was taking my now 6 month old kittens to them for vaccinations, check-ups etc. Initially the staff was really kind and professional, I started realizing that this clinic shouldn’t be your go to place for your pets. After a lot of follow ups etc, I secured appointment for a vaccine dose for my kittens and after giving the shot to one of them, they requested me to come the next day for the other kitten (mind you it takes 5 mins max for one kitten). Understandable if they had a lot of patients or some other issue- but none! The place was empty and they just wanted to go home. Took my kitten for a stomach problem- they recommended stool test- it’s been 2 months and I’ve still not got the report. I’ve called them multiple times over this until eventually when I gave up. Thankfully I didn’t really wait for them and went to another doctor. Still ignoring all this, I called them to get consultation to begin my kittens’ spaying process- they said will call me later and hung up and of course no call came later! Giving up finally. Definitely great services and good vibes until you realize how much you need to follow up and adjust your schedule accordingly to their whims and requirements. Not even realiable- imagine if I got my kittens spayed at their clinic, they wouldn’t even help with any follow-on queries or check ups if I needed. Thank god I realised timely. Was hoping that I could have the same experience as many others have had.
