I had a terrible experience at this dog clinic. I brought in a street puppy that was crying and in distress, and despite waiting outside for more than two hours, we were not attended to promptly. The clinic seemed to prioritize other dogs over the one in urgent need of care, and the staff seemed unprofessional and uncaring. The clinic was also unclean, and I noticed that injections were given without proper hygiene protocols. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of care and attention given to the animals, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality veterinary care for their pets.
