Worst place for a pet. The way dogs are handled speaks volumes about the insensitivity and arrogance of Dr Srishti. My 5 month poodle was taken to her with complain of loss of appetite and dull behaviour. Instead of handling him with care and love, he was traumatised by the staff and the doctor. His main complaint was unattended to. The doctor pulled his hair from the ear with ruthlessness and left our pup crying and whining. No anaesthesia was given to him. And overdose of rabies vaccine was given after scaring us that his previous vaccines were useless and inefficient. Today it’s been 10 days and my pup is traumatised and so scared to even be around people. Will never recommend Dr Srishti to anyone.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at Dr. Sristi Pet Clinic. The level of professionalism was extremely poor. Instead of properly examining my dog and focusing on the patient’s condition, the doctor seemed more interested in gossiping and engaging in conversations with others. As a pet owner, I expect the veterinarian to give full attention to my pet’s health, especially when I am paying for professional medical care. Unfortunately, my concerns were not taken seriously, and the consultation felt rushed and inattentive. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dedicated and professional veterinary care. Pets deserve proper attention and treatment, and my experience here fell far below those expectations.

We had a deeply distressing experience with Dr. Sristi, and I feel compelled to share it so other pet owners can make an informed decision. We brought our new puppy in late December for his first check-up and vaccination guidance. Within a week, he was diagnosed with parvo—something we strongly suspect he contracted during that initial clinic visit. When we returned for his vaccination, instead of admitting him for proper care, we were instructed to manage him at home and bring him in twice daily for drips and treatment. The clinic conditions only made things worse. The drips caused his body temperature to drop, and Shockingly, the clinic didn’t even have a functioning heater. When we brought one heater ourselves the next day, we discovered that most of the electrical switches in the clinic weren’t working either. By the third and fourth days, our puppy’s condition had become critical. He was losing strength and blood, and we were desperately trying to reach the doctor for guidance or emergency support—but her phone was largely unreachable. Despite “24×7 emergency available” being advertised in the clinic and on prescriptions, we later learned that this service had been discontinued months ago. Had we known this earlier, we would never have started treatment there. On the final day, we pleaded with the doctor to come early, as our puppy was in severe distress and we were unable to manage his condition. We reached the clinic at 8 AM, but the doctor didn’t arrive until after 12 PM. By then, our little buddy had already passed away. While the clinic staff tried to help, they were clearly limited in what they could do without the doctor present. This was our first experience adopting a pet, and in just a few days he had become a beloved member of our family. Losing him in such circumstances has left us with lasting pain and trauma. I would strongly caution others before trusting this clinic. In our experience, there was a severe lack of accountability, infrastructure, and empathy—qualities that are absolutely essential when caring for vulnerable, voiceless animals.
