I took my cat for spay operation here. I was early and had to wait for couple of hours before Dr. Vijay comes. I didn't realize a vet clinic would be such an amazing place to kill some time. Dr Vijay and his colleagues are very genuine apart from one middle aged guy who was rude and fighting with second doctor. He also didn't give injection to my cat properly. Blood came out and there was an after effect on that wound. Overall I was very satisfied. Dr Vijay does not charge for stray animals. I wish good luck to him. You may take your precious pets to him :) And yes, don't blindly follow the Google Map.. it ll take you to the narrow lanes. Call up the landline once you reach the main road near it and follow directions given on the phone.

Highly unprofessional. Dr. Vijay completely forgot a surgical appointment today after confirming it two days before the surgery. The same day I got all the tests done from him prior to the surgery. When I reached there, the other Dr. Dharmender and his entire team had no idea where he was and said he hasn't taken a single call since morning. I was waiting and calling for 30 mins. My dog had been empty stomach since 16-18 hrs at that time because of the surgery. His team renounced any relation to Dr. Vijay and said it's not their responsibility. It becomes thier responsibility when they charge 2400 for a blood test that is done for 1800. When I am about to leave, i give him one last call and he picks up, when I ask him if he's coming for the surgery, he said and i quote "konsi surgery" and then came the mountain of excuses 'I had an urgent meeting', 'you didn't confirm to me in the morning', 'come tomorrow'. The audacity of asking me to come tomorrow expecting me to trust you with my dog's life under anesthesia after you FORGOT about an appointment as a doctor. I felt so helpless because I travelled from Patel Nagar to Ramesh Nagar thinking he is a very good VET, and he had no recollection of the surgery appointment that he gave to me. The consequences of that was only that my 9 year old dog didn't have a single drop of water and any food for over 15 hours because of the surgery.

They quite well versed in how to handle animals. Staff is well behaved and number of staff is appropriate to handle multiple patients. Waiting time is not that long. If you are helping a stray animal then they don't charge. Quite a beautiful thought and act.

Doctor with immense patience and knowledge of treating furry babies. Only Money making is not his motto. A big salute.
