  Firstly would like to say Don’t go …. To this both the dr. Ihad a very disappointing and heartbreaking experience with this doctors( dr Vinehkar and dr tejashree) I took my turtle for treatment trusting that proper care would be given, but the condition became worse after the treatment and my turtle unfortunately passed away. She was so active during i visited first time and after treatment her condition got worse day by day instead improving and lastly i lost her . Dnt go to them if you love your pets….

  Sadly, our experience with Dr. Tejashree and the clinic staff was not good. Our pet bird was brought in while extremely weak and unable to stand properly, yet the check-up felt rushed and not very thorough. Only vitamins were prescribed, without clearly explaining the possible issue or seriousness of the condition. When the bird’s condition became worse the next day, the response from the staff lacked urgency and support. Sadly, our bird passed away shortly after. The overall experience felt careless and unprofessional, especially during an emergency situation. Pet owners should be cautious.

  Dr. Tejashree was extremely unprofessional in handling my bird’s condition. My bird was severely unwell and did not even have the strength to stand properly. Despite his condition, she barely examined him and only prescribed basic vitamins without explaining what was actually wrong. I repeatedly requested a proper check-up and further testing, but my concerns were ignored. The next day, when I called regarding a stool test because my bird’s condition had worsened, the staff simply told me to “come tomorrow” without offering any urgent guidance or support. Sadly, my pet bird passed away shortly after. I feel deeply disappointed by the lack of seriousness, care, and professional attention shown during such a critical situation. Please be cautious before bringing your pets here, especially in emergencies.

Requests for further testing and a more detailed check-up did not seem to be taken seriously. When the condition worsened the next day, the response from the staff regarding a stool test was simply to “come tomorrow,” without offering any immediate guidance or support. Sadly, the bird passed away shortly afterward. The overall handling of the situation felt careless and lacking in urgency, compassion, and professionalism. Pet owners should be cautious, especially during emergency situations.

  Overall pet care is been taken into consideration, also letting us know more about our pet in a polite way. We were almost losing hope but visiting here couple of times made our pet feel more lively!
