Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed They use cold water for bathing For them grooming means pick up the trimmer and do size 0 or 1 Dont risk and bring stylish breads like shih tzu here they will ruin the look, morale and confidence of the dog.
This is very bad place . Today I took my beagle to them . As my own vet was not in Delhi. They give treatment unnecessary. Before reaching home she was dead. They asked for extra money. When I said asked in writing they take 200less. Better to treat ur dogi with vet who studied in Delhi and hv good experience. They are nonsense. Feeling bad for my beagle who left us after their treatment
This grooming clinic is absolutely terrible. For the high fees they charge, I still ended up doing more than half the work myself. There were no proper workers, no proper service. In every other clinic, bathing and hygienic cutting are included together, but here they shamelessly charged extra money just for hygienic cutting. My cat has never been aggressive in her life, but after their so-called grooming, she bit me for the first time ever. That clearly shows how badly they handled her. When I complained and showed this to the receptionist, her behavior was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The only good thing here is the vet, and I will go back only for the vet—but I will never, ever make the mistake of using their grooming service again.
I took my cat Peaches to FortisVet because she had vomiting and a hard, swollen stomach. The vet did an X-ray (which was unclear) and said it was constipation and hairball, gave 3 injections, and sent us home. Her condition worsened that night — she vomited blood and passed runny stool. I then rushed her to Vetic sector 11 Dwarka, in emergency, where the doctors immediately did two clear X-rays and were experienced enough to say they suspected mass growth or pyometra and advised me to get CBC and ultrasound done right away. The ultrasound confirmed she was pregnant with 5 kittens and had mild hepatitis, not constipation. I wish FortisVet had done thorough examination instead of relying only on a blurry X-ray and injections. I appreciate their time, but a more thorough and honest examination could have prevented a lot of stress for both me and my cat
IT'S GOOD PLACE FOR CARE TAKING OUR PET'S BUT THERE IS SO EXPENSIVE THINGS ACCORDING TO THE MARKET RATE
