Visited Friendicoes SECA and had a below-average experience.
While the organization does important work for animal welfare, the on-ground experience could definitely be improved. The place felt a bit unorganized, and the overall management didn’t seem very efficient. There was a lack of clear communication, which made the process confusing at times.
Additionally, waiting times were longer than expected, and it was difficult to get proper assistance when needed. Cleanliness and upkeep in certain areas could also be better.
Overall, while the intent and cause are commendable, improvements in management, communication, and facilities would make the experience much better for visitors.

I am writing this to warn all pet owners about a terrible experience I had with my dog at Friendicoes hospital. If anyone ever asks me which is the worst hospital, I will say Friendicoes without a second thought. Action should be taken against them.
A few days ago, my dog had fits(दौरे)we took him to Friendicoes. The doctor gave medicines, but after 15 days my dog’s back legs stopped working. When we went back, they told us to stop the fits ( दौरे )medicine and charged a lot of money — ₹600 just for giving an injection, even though I had already bought the injection myself. They also did an X-ray and blood tests which already cost ₹1800, and still told us to pay ₹3600 more for further tests to find the problem.
Thank God I stayed calm, because they were also saying my dog would never recover. We consulted another doctor, and thanks to him, my baby is now better and we were given hope. We are extremely thankful to Pet Vet Clinic, Devli, and the doctor for saving our dog’s life. Because of their proper treatment and care, our baby is now healthy again. We highly recommend everyone to visit this clinic — he is truly the best doctor
Friendicoes This is the worst hospital. The doctors here only care about money and nothing else. You can lose your healthy pet by bringing them here. Never take your dog here — this place is a total scam.

Today I visited this dog hospital and paid ₹100 as a consultation fee. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
My pet was only suffering from vomiting, We had already consulted a government veterinarian on saturday and brought the prescribed medicines along with the prescription.
However, the doctor at this hospital refused to treat my dog and said the prescription was “not enough.” Instead of properly checking the dog, they insisted that we must use only the medicines provided by them.
They demanded around ₹600 for injections and medicines, even though we had already brought the same medicines worth about ₹130 with a valid prescription. This behavior clearly felt like forcing pet owners to buy medicines from them rather than focusing on the animal’s health.
If this place claims to be an NGO, such behavior is very questionable and unethical. NGOs should focus on helping animals and supporting pet owners, not creating unnecessary financial pressure.
Based on this experience, I strongly do not recommend this hospital. Pet owners should be cautious before visiting.

Its Cheap, vets are always available, clean and well sanitized. But as because its a very busy clinic and the footfall is also good due to that the vets give very less time to each pet.

Great experience with the team at Friendicoes. They’ve helped rescue and treat many cats and always given them the very best care. Visiting the sanctuary is a delight to see the fruits of the work they do. And the gazillion animals under their care from cats and dogs to horses camels and cows and what not. Commendable effort!
