We are truly thankful to the vet for saving our pug Whisky. She was very weak, with continuous vomiting and even risk to her eyesight. It was a scary time for us. But the doctor treated her with great care and accuracy. Today, Whisky is completely fit and happy again. We highly recommend this clinic to all pet parents. Thank you for giving her a second chance at life. 🙏🐾
I am writing this review to deeply warn other pet parents to stay far away from this pet medical store. Choosing a pharmacy for your animals should be based on trust, safety, and proper guidance, but this place fails miserably on every single front. First of all, the staff members are incredibly rude, dismissive, and have absolutely no empathy or respect for pet owners. They treat customers like an inconvenience rather than providing helpful service. When you are stressed about a sick pet, the last thing you need is a hostile and uncooperative staff. Much more alarming, however, is their complete lack of basic medical responsibility. They do not provide proper or accurate information regarding the medicines they hand out. When it comes to fragile, young puppies, getting the right dosage and understanding the medication profile is a matter of life and death. The staff here completely fails to explain how to administer the medicine safely. To make matters even more terrifying, they are highly careless about expiry dates. They do not check or inform you whether the medication is expired or near its expiration date, which is incredibly dangerous and could severely harm a puppy. Please do not be fooled by the glowing 5-star reviews you see listed here. It is completely obvious that those positive ratings are entirely fake, written by the owner's own family members and friends to artificially boost their reputation and cover up their terrible practices. This shop cares absolutely nothing about the health and well-being of your beloved pets; they only care about taking your money. Save yourself the stress and protect your puppies by taking your business to a pharmacy that actually values animal safety.
I am truly satisfied and happy with the services provided by Friendly Pet Clinic. 🐾 The treatment given to my pets has always been excellent, with reasonable charges and a genuinely pet-friendly environment. Dr. Sharma is extremely humble, understanding, and always takes the time to explain everything with care. The support staff, especially Shivam, is equally kind and attentive. What I appreciate the most is their honesty—they never suggest unnecessary medications or tests, and are always available for telephonic assistance whenever needed. That level of trust and support means everything for pet parents. Thank you, Dr. N. K. Sharma and Shivam, for always being there for my all three fur babies. Highly recommended! 💙
A street puppy had developed a wound in 200-250 parasites were there if were left the puppy could have died which were removed by Dr Sharma Ji, which is a very humanitarian act. I salute to Dr Sharma for his kind act.
Worst doctor ever!!! My dog had injection and he named it as a disease and gave him 5 injections and was talking to give 25 more injections so I stopped the treatment and went to another wet who told medicine and just 1 injection he wasn't facing any disease it was just a small infection!!! Be alert don't visit this doctor again!! Greedy for money and doesn't have any feelings for animals doesn't know how to measure dog's temperature totally harmful for our pets and money too!!!
