Im extremely grateful to the polite, professional and well experienced doctors here. They helped diagnose and treat my pets ailment. I had been in the loop of medication for my cat at a different veterinary hospital for almost a month without any conclusive diagnosis or betterment in its health. One presice test and proper course of medication later, he finally got better.
I had a wonderful experience at Global Pet Shop. The store is very clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a wide range of quality pet products. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about pets. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me choose the right products. A special thanks to Dr. Ranjith, who is truly exceptional in surgery. His expertise, confidence, and compassionate approach made us feel completely at ease. He explains the condition and procedure clearly and handles pets with great care and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable pet supplies and expert veterinary surgical care! 🐾
Good Hospital in Sarjapura, Chikka Tirupati Road. Stray Dogs also treated here and doctors are super active if your pets are in emergency. Few weeks back I visited there for two stray puppies treatment. And doctor treated them very well.
I admitted a rescue puppy to their care, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The ticks were not removed despite requesting multiple times and the pup was allowed to suffer. The puppy was also returned to me still covered in mud, indicating that it had not even been properly cleaned during its stay. The staff failed to provide regular or adequate updates, while charging a significant amount for treatment. This has left me uncertain about whether the puppy received proper medical care at all. What was most concerning was the condition in which the puppy was kept. I was informed that it was being housed in the ICU, but in reality, it appeared to have been confined to a dark, unhygienic storeroom in the basement for several days. Allowing an already vulnerable rescue puppy to remain in such conditions only added to its suffering.
I will definitely recommend this to all pet parents. Because doctors here are not just professional but very compassionate towards animals.andthe bast thing they treat pet and street dogs with equal love and care. For street dogs they charged very minimum amount. I greatly appreciate that. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Viswas, Dr Bhavana and Dr Rekha. You all are inspirations for the kids who aspire to become vet in future
