  A True Lifesaver: Our Cat Kitty's Jaundice Recovery On 20/8/2025, We came to this clinic absolutely distraught. Our beloved cat, Kitty, was diagnosed with severe jaundice and was in a very critical condition. We were prepared for the worst, but the care and expertise provided by the team here, especially the vet doctor (Madam), was nothing short of a miracle. The doctor was truly God's Grace in treating Kitty. She handled him with such a gentle and nice approach, prescribing a diligent regimen of medication and twice-daily saline which was vital to his recovery. Her dedication and confidence gave us hope when we needed it most. Beyond the medical expertise, the atmosphere of the clinic made a huge difference. The entire staff were incredibly cooperative, kind, and professional. They helped make a very stressful situation manageable. Most importantly, thanks to the continuous care, our Kitty has made a full recovery. He is now very happy, completely alright, and back to his playful self! They saved Kitty's life, and their compassionate approach ensures both pets and owners feel supported. Thank you for everything!   I was looking to get the sonography done for my female pet dog to confirm for her pregnancy. I wanted to get in touch with a human who is emphatetic and not just a money mind. I was recommended to visit Dr. Snehal. While I was late for the last minute appointment. She waited there and was very patient with my pet. She did the sonography and was not in rush to get over with it. She ensured all my questions and doubts were answered and trust me I have never found my pet to be so relaxed while bringing her to the vet. She is very compassionate and trust me she is very good with handling the pets. She is the best in what she does I feel and she is very open and transparent. Thank you Dr. Snehal for all your assistance and to be patient to answer all my questions with so much calm and professionalism :)

  This is going to be a long one. I was fostering a stray puppy. Very critical condition. I got him to Dr. Snehal. She started his treatment right away. He was so critical that he wouldn't have survived that day, but her hardwork, knowledge, dedication to save him qas commendable. Dr. Pushkar, Suresh dada, maushi all have been very kind to us. I was bringing this puppy on a regular basis for his IV . Doctor was very honest and open about his situation. The chances were slim but we were ready to take it. Unfortunately the pup died because he had tick borne fever with other casualties which his body could not handle. But I would still like to extend my gratitude to Snehal maam for being there for me like a doctor and a sister . She left no stone unturned in his case. Where many vets dont show kindness towards pets, she used to speak to my puppy while treating him, so comforting. Thank you maam , thank you to all the staff for being lovely people and saviours for so many lives. 🧿🙏

  I strongly advise against trusting this clinic or the doctor. I took my injured parrot there with a wing injury. The doctor recommended surgery and, when we asked if our parrot would survive, she reassured us, saying, "Yes, don’t worry — she will be fine within a month." We took the risk based on her confidence. After the surgery, the doctor prescribed more than five different medications per day — which is an excessive amount for such a small bird. Tragically, within just 24 hours of the surgery, our parrot passed away, likely due to overmedication. The clinic showed a complete lack of empathy and care. It felt like they were more focused on making money than truly caring for our pet’s well-being. They were careless and dismissive of our concerns and emotions. If you love your pet like a family member, I urge you — please do not take them to this clinic. You may end up losing them forever, just like we lost ours.

  Doctors are not sure about the exact issue , also asking me to visit daily with my pet and providing different medicine everyday. Still there is no betterment in the condition of my cat, he is getting weak and weak everyday. Today was my fifth day I’ve visited to the clinic and still the condition is very poor , they should have recognise the issue at the first day, again they asked me to come tomorrow and charging me everyday. Till now I am finding gods grace clinic very poor and not satisfied with the service . I am so worried about my pet , I don’t know what they are really doing . Think twice before visiting there.i have lost my pet that day. Now she is telling she suggested me some food. Excuse me ms vet, the first day I brought him to you, you are the one who told me to give the amount of food as per shopkeeper suggested me. Then you called me every time for no reason and charged me ,500/-,900/- for same basic tests. First you told me my pets temperature is 120 which is normal for pets, then after a week you told me that his body temperature is 110 , he have bit fever and then you injected him. You are the one who is not sure about your treatments. Who ever is reading this I m genuinely telling you all, if you love your pet, do not go to her #godsgraceclinic.
