Pet owners should be extremely cautious before bringing their animals here. Today, during my cat’s vaccination, the staff failed to properly restrain him. My frightened cat managed to break free in the middle of the procedure and ran around the clinic with the needle still attached to his back. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff repeatedly asked me to catch my own terrified cat while he was hiding behind furniture and panicking. I had to insist that additional staff come and help restrain him safely. Watching my cat run around with a needle stuck in him was extremely distressing and something no pet owner should have to experience. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of urgency and professionalism shown by the staff. This incident could have easily resulted in a serious injury to my cat. I have been bringing my cats here since they were kittens for vaccinations and neutering, and the previous doctor provided excellent care. Unfortunately, since the change in doctors and staff, the quality of service has deteriorated significantly. On top of that, the doctor did not arrive until around 11:30 AM despite the hospital supposedly opening at 9:00 AM. Several pet owners were left waiting for hours, and the delay only increased the stress and anxiety of the animals. The handling of pets, level of assistance, and overall professionalism were far below what any pet owner should expect from a veterinary facility. Animal safety should always be the top priority, but that was clearly not the case during my visit. I would not recommend this veterinary hospital based on my recent experience. While the previous doctor was excellent, the current service is disappointing and concerning. In my opinion, it is worth spending a little extra at a private clinic where animals are handled safely and professionally.

This is not a government hospital. It is a Singapore Multi-Speciality Hospital. The male compounder is not from Karnataka; he is from the USA and is also a UFC fighter. The doctor is a famous surgeon. I find it hard to believe that such a hospital is located in Chamarajpet. Thanks to the Karnataka Government and the veterinary department.they charge more money then private hospitals

Took my dog here for vaccination. This is a government hospital, but Dr. B. G Prakash is running it like his own private setup — instead of paying at a hospital counter, I was told to send payment via UPI straight to his personal account, no receipt, no bill, nothing. If this is meant to be a government facility, where is that money actually going and why does a personal phone number get involved at all? People are going to government hospitals expecting transparency and accountability, not this. Be careful before paying anything here — ask for an official receipt, or don’t pay at all until you get one.

Worst hospital last year got my cats booster vaccine here they didn’t have proper care taker to handle cats I had to hold but my cat was aggressive vaccine was only 10% rest all was wasted .. I am basically not cat person but still rescued two and kept with me I don’t have any ideas on how to takecare of cats. But today one my cat is Felv positive bcz of his carelessness he should have atleast told its wasted I will inject little more or shot but didn’t say anything I also never taught this day would come to my cat .. never take cats or dogs for vaccinations here as they need cold storage if their is no power for hours then vaccines is just waste her I learnt from my vet so pls takecare bcz later we ll have to suffer paying huge amount in private hospitals bcz of illness and even deaths may happen for them money matters not pet’s life this person doesn’t know anything I feel.. stay away
