The best government clinic in east delhi for your pets. Staff is too good. They behave well. It isn't like the ones who doesn't even touch your pet. They are really good. They saved my dog. Highly Recommended.

They do not give free medicine to the stray dogs who actually need it.I rescued a stray puppy who was bitten by a dog. They asked me to buy medicine from the nearby chemist. Most of the people brought their pet breed dogs for the treatment there,it is okay to ask them to buy from the chemist but the street dogs should be given free medicine. What's the point of free dispensary if you can't help the street animals. Also for the second dose of rabbies vaccine,they asked me to call for home visit (again chargeable) which is free as a govt campaign. Although the treatment they gave was good but not helpful in case a person who rescue a street dog.... he'll have to bare the expenses like other breed pet owners. Didn't expect this from government hospital which are opened for the needy.

They lack an appropriate method of sanitation. I once brought a street dog to the clinic for a leg injury. While there, I noticed a dog that had all the indications of parvo; but, at the time, I was unaware of parvo and did not take any protective measures. As a result, the puppy died of parvo, and subsequently, nine or ten more puppies also passed away.

The hospital is good but some staff was little rude ....I don't know why ....as was a concerned and confused ....the doctor shouted to move fast ....it will be better if they handel patients a little patiently and calmly ♥️
