Had a really bad experience here during my dog’s first vaccination. The place was unhygienic, the environment extremely stressful, and my puppy was handled very aggressively. There was no proper doctor supervision visible, which is concerning for something as important as vaccination. Despite being a government hospital, I was charged ₹800, and on top of that, an old man outside asked for more money without any receipt or clarity. This felt unprofessional and exploitative. Vaccinating animals requires care, hygiene, and calm handling — especially for puppies. Sadly, none of that was present here. Would not recommend this place to pet parents who genuinely care about their pet’s safety and experience

Such an unprofessional place. The doctor’s assistant was mostly drunk and stinking. The doctor was too rude. He didn’t bother to check my cat’s old vet prescription and didn’t ask the complete details of my pet’s condition too. Just acted on his own. Worst place to get your pets treated. They do not care about your pet. My cat is in pain and is neither eating not doing anything. He used to be so playful. Please do not take your pets to this unprofessional place.

Veterinarian Suresh has not updated his medical knowledge and practices. He does not have knowledge of a condition known as Stomatitis in animals, that requires a partial/full mouth extraction in severe cases. The primary concern was, we visited for my paralysed cat with infection below her waist, all they could do was an injection, simply dab the infected area with a cotton and an ointment prescribed. The attendant doesn't know how to softly handle a disabled pet. I cannot understand on what basis and knowledge these people are recruited and become Doctors. The whole experience was disturbing. There was no improvement with infection, we lost her in a week. If you are unable to assist, kindly inform people that these essential treatments require more qualified Doctors and improved in-house facilities, allowing us to invest our time in consulting with a better Doctor/Hospital.

Doctors don't even come here by 11am whereas they mention they come by 9am. They don't even respond to calls properly. What an unprofessional place! They'll keep u and ur dog waiting outside for hours. But they'll get paid by the govt every month for doing this. Pathetic system.
