Honestly, I was referred to this doctor by a family member, and since it was my first visit, I had high expectations. I expected that the doctor would understand my problem and genuinely help me. However, my experience was disappointing. I felt like the consultation was rushed and lacked proper attention. As an MBBS doctor, I expected a more professional and empathetic approach, but instead, it seemed more focused on simply prescribing medicines. I had a genuine issue that required documentation for my office, but the doctor neither listened properly nor provided the necessary written support. Instead, I was advised to consult another doctor, which was frustrating and unhelpful given my situation. Later, I visited another hospital and was able to get the same issue properly examined and documented in writing without any problem. This clearly shows that my concern was valid, but it was not taken seriously during my first visit. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money. I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied, especially since my concern was real and important.
