If you truly love your pet, please read my experience very carefully. Gurugram is currently flooded with corporate, high-fi clinics and pseudo-doctors who won't even touch your pet. They extort ₹1,200 to ₹1,500 in the name of OPD fees just to look at the animal from a distance and blindly prescribe a heavy cocktail of 10 different medicines. For me, any doctor who diagnoses a pet in 2 minutes without even putting a hand on them is not a vet—they are just a money-making machine. In the middle of this heavily commercialized market, this female veterinary doctor (Ma'am) came into our lives as an absolute Guardian Angel for my dog, Ruhi. Here is the real, goosebump-inducing story behind this review: My Ruhi was in extreme neurological pain. I took her to 8 different major VIP pet hospitals across Gurugram. Every single one of those 8 doctors was stubbornly stuck on just one thing—they blindly labeled it 'Distemper' and were hell-bent on treating her for the wrong illness. I kept repeatedly screaming my observations to them, telling them that the case was completely different, but not a single vet was willing to listen to or understand a pet owner's perspective. Then, I met Ma'am. In the entire city of Gurugram, she was the only doctor who listened to an owner's words with genuine empathy, understood the context, and respected my insights enough to perform a deep, rigorous checkup. When the actual targeted tests and examinations were done, the truth came out: I was 100% right, and all 8 of those previous vets were completely wrong! It was solely due to Ma'am's brilliance and willingness to listen that Ruhi's actual problem was uncovered, allowing the true, correct treatment to finally begin. The extraordinary qualities that set Ma'am miles apart from everyone else: Unbelievable Dedication (Time & Care): In this day and age, even human corporate hospitals don't give patients more than 2 minutes of a doctor's time. But Ma'am, in our very first session, personally monitored Ruhi continuously for two and a half hours (2.5 Hours)! She minutely observed every single symptom. Precise Medical Expertise (Dose Management): Unlike other vets who irresponsibly dump a pile of medicines together, Ma'am is highly meticulous. She knows exactly which medicines require a specific time gap to avoid dangerous interactions and ensure maximum efficacy. She spaced out the critical doses with absolute mathematical precision. Minimal and Honest Pricing: Where the rest of the city is sitting waiting to fleece you, Ma'am charges an incredibly minimal and honest fee. The immense time, unparalleled focus, and genuine care she provides are honestly priceless. If you want to understand the difference between an 'Actual Veterinary Professional' and a 'Commercial Scammer/Jholachaap,' bring your pet to Ma'am just once. You will understand what a true Vet looks like. From the bottom of my heart—She is hands down the best veterinary doctor I have ever met till now!
