Been going here since more than a decade for multiple pets and currently treating my dog's cancer here. I have massive respect for Dr. Hrishikesh and also the other doctors here. They are quite professional and have shown great care towards their customers. Do not judge them by some negative reviews based on individual experiences, they are humans who actually care for our pets. I would always recommend Happy Tails to my friends and family.

Over the years and having many dogs, I have been to multiple Vets. However in my experience I feel that Happy Tails is the best. My recent experience cemented this further. My dog Charlie was hospitalised at happy tails for over a week. The care he received, not just from the doctors, but also from the support staff has been absolutely incredible. I believe that the corner stone for any doctor is compassion, however maintaining a spartan reserve. I would like to thank, Dr Karkare, Dr, Rishikesh, Dr Vrushali, Dr Rasika and Dr Richa for helping Charlie. The doctors and the staff sat with him day and night during his treatment process. Although Charlie crossed the rainbow bridge, we all tried our very best. My boy runs free now. I would like to specially thank Dr Vrushali, who has been an incredible support to me and Charlie. May your tribe increase❤️

We had been taking our German Shepherd to this happy tails regularly for many years for vaccination and treatment. They would check his weight every time and said that he was healthy. They never said about weight management and diet control. They even said not to bother about his weight. He is fine. Now my dog is struggling to lose weight and suffering with bone issues. Happy Tails is just money making business. THEY JUST DON'T CARE! WISH I HAD NEVER NEVER BEEN THERE

I am heartbroken and devastated by the experience I had at Happy Tails. I brought my beloved male cat here for treatment, hoping he would receive the care he needed. Unfortunately, the treatment provided not only failed to help him but made his condition significantly worse. Tragically, he passed away after their so-called "care." It's clear that the doctors here are inexperienced, and many seem to be trainees who lack the knowledge and skills required to treat pets properly. They appeared unsure of what they were doing, and their actions reflected a lack of expertise that ultimately led to the loss of my precious cat. I strongly advise anyone who loves their pet to avoid this clinic at all costs. Do not trust your pet's life to the hands of these incompetent veterinarians. The pain of losing my cat is unbearable, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone else.

Took my 2 months old kitten (Martha) for an emergency at night and I am highly impressed with the way they handled my kitten and us as well, me and my friends were all worried and maybe crying too, but the staff not once told us to leave till she was stabilized and all the formalities were done and no urgency was shown at the paper works as well, right from the reception to the doctor everyone remained calm and empathetic. Emergency oxygen was given to her at the very moment which probably saved her life. Was lucky enough to be attended by Dr Nameeta, she is an EXCEPTIONAL doctor and we found out over time, Martha was admitted for 2 nights, they told us that that we can call anytime to check on her which I did twice and both the time Dr Nameeta gave me updates at 2 am and 5 am respectively and REALLY THANK YOU FOR THIS, but Martha had lost her complete muscle tonicity and I was not very hopeful. On the 3rd day morning 9am I was send the video by the hospital of her running around, they called me and told that I can take her home. And since then she has been in best of the health and I only take her to Happy Tails Chembur to Dr Nameeta she is one of THE BEST Vet in the city and I have seen lot of them, there was one particular incident which needs a mention as being a doctor myself I feel its very important to show empathy regardless of what the results are but Dr Bhageswari told me its of no point keeping Martha in hospital as she is "only eating and pooping so its a waste of money so take her home" She must be a good vet to other pets but that particular day she wasn't a good vet to Martha. Regardless of this I kept Martha for another day and Dr Nameeta advised me to keep her for one more night under observation and well her decision was very correct. Take your pet to this place and look for Dr Nameeta or Dr Rishikesh and you wont regret it.
