My cat was not eating food & started having seizures for which we called & informed them about our arrival at the hospital, told them prior still we were told to wait and they call it a emergency hospital, after her examination they said we will have to give her anesthesia & medication for seizures. Before they started this process all test that were supposed to be carried out were informed and they told me to sign a paper confirming the charges which was around 11k. When the doctor gave me my cat, told me the medicine that we were supposed to feed her, I paid somewhere around 11076rs. and left from there. After 10 minutes she again started having seizures, I called them and they said to give her the medicine prescribed. So we continued the medicine and her seizures stopped. Then the hospital started calling and asking for more 4k saying that there were still test done by the doctor without informing me. Unnecessary test I feel to just prescribe her seizures medicine and then asking for more money after doing tests that they did not inform me prior about. Dr. Ravinder VCI 14652 is the one who was treating my cat, for 4 to 5 hours they kept my cat under observation and told me as of now she is not having any seizures, but after leaving the hospital she suddenly starts having them sounds sceptical, makes us wanna think if they even did something there to cure her. I would suggest taking your pets to a local Vet rather then taking them to these big buildings with all money making equipments. Once you leave the premises your pet is going to be in the same condition you entered them with. Be Cautious as they are still asking me for money and they will try this with you as well. What make me question is why did make us wait when we informed prior an hour about our arrival, we booked an appointment for emergency case hence we had to wait more for just to see doctor. Thats ridiculous. BIG NO! Just money making business 👏🏻
