I have been coming to Happy Tails Vet for the last 2 years, and my dog Koko has always received the best treatment and care. She has gone through two surgeries, and during such stressful times, Dr. Umesh Karkare has always been so calm, positive, and reassuring. A special mention to Dr. Sharvia, the surgeon, for handling everything with such care and confidence. Truly grateful for the way Koko was looked after throughout the process. In fact, the entire doctor team is wonderful. Dr. Kanishka, thank you for being so kind. Dr. Ruth, thank you for constantly giving updates and being so supportive. Dr. Yogita, thank you for your care and attention too. Even the male nurses and the sweet aunty at the clinic are so loving and gentle towards my pet. You can genuinely feel how much they care for animals. What I truly appreciate is that they are honest and never in a hurry to unnecessarily increase your bills. They only suggest valid tests and monitor your pet’s health very closely and responsibly. Such a gem of a place. We genuinely need more spaces like this for these innocent souls. The journey is still long for Koko, but the trust I have in this team is immense. One step at a time — we will win this.
