Very disappointing experience with Dr. Harshita. this vet was so unprofessional she didnt introduced herself even after asking for multiple times(saw her name from the uniform). We brought our indoor cat for a simple deworming visit and were made to wait over 30 minutes. it was fine until this vet started pushing us for a blood test cause my cat was feverish ,we told this happens everytime we travel but she kept insisting it . What shocked us most was that Dr. Harshita rushed in and injected our cat without explaining the medication or asking for our consent while the deworming was ongoing . When we asked what had been injected, we were given 3 different names at 3different times with a very unprofessional tone. Instead of answering our concerns, Dr. Harshita started defending herself and indirectly told that we are not caring enough. the nurse also handled our cat so rough that we couldnt bring ourselves to see it. Previous vets here were caring and respectful, but this experience completely destroyed our trust. We will not be returning.

Got my cats treated for parvo and also had their neuter surgeried at Healthy Pawz, and honestly, the whole experience was really good. The doctors and staff are super friendly and very proactive, which made a big difference. The clinic is very hygienic, so you feel comfortable leaving your pets there. Would definitely recommend it for regular checkups, surgeries, and even grooming.

They saved my cat’s life. After losing two kittens to parvo, my one-year-old male tabby also caught the virus. I was completely devastated and convinced he had no chance. I even considered euthanasia because I couldn’t bear to watch him suffer like the others. But the night shift doctor, Dr. Shankar (I hope I got the name right), gently convinced me to give him at least two days to fight. I took that chance ,and I’m so grateful I did. With continued care and follow-ups from Dr. Sunil during the day, along with the incredibly kind and supportive staff, Milo slowly started recovering. Now, he’s getting better every day and is back to his old annoying habits which I absolutely love. We still have a few check-ups pending, but he’s doing so well. Highly recommend this team for their compassion, honesty, and dedication. Attached pic - Taken after vet visit . A bit grumpy cause of all the poking we did.
