Dr. Ruby at Himalayan Pet Clinic in HSR Layout provided exceptional care when my rabbit was in a critical state and had stopped eating. When I first called, she listened attentively to the situation over the phone and advised us to bring her in immediately. At the clinic, Dr. Ruby examined my rabbit thoroughly and patiently, evaluating every potential issue and explaining the situation in detail. Her medical treatment was precise, thoughtful, and rooted in genuine compassion. She asked me to call back with updates on her progress, and thanks to her prompt care, my rabbit began eating normally again and responded very positively to the treatment. Even when I called late at night to check in, Dr. Ruby answered without hesitation, listened patiently, and guided me on the next steps. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Ruby’s professionalism, dedication, and true passion for animal welfare. Himalayan Pet Clinic itself is very nice, clean, and well-equipped with all basic necessities. Highly recommended for any pet owner in need of expert care.
