I took my dog here to HOME PET CARE CLINIC (DR. RANVEER SINGH, CANINE SPECIALIST) because he was suffering from serious kidney and liver problems. During such a critical time, I expected proper care and the doctor’s availability. Unfortunately, for the first few days, I was told that Dr. Ranveer Singh was out of Jaipur. After that, whenever I visited, I was often told he was busy elsewhere, and instead of examining my dog himself, he would explain things over the phone to another person at the clinic, who would then attend to my dog. I understand that doctors can have emergencies and busy schedules, but when a pet is critically ill, owners expect the specialist they came to consult to personally assess the patient whenever possible. I was also very disappointed with the condition of the clinic. It was not clean, had a strong unpleasant smell, and did not feel like a hygienic environment for sick animals. As my dog’s condition continued to worsen, I was told that nothing could be confirmed and that they could not say whether he would survive. While I understand that no doctor can guarantee an outcome, I felt that the overall communication, attention, and care my dog received were not what I expected during such a serious illness. My pet’s condition became even worse under his care. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this clinic to pet owners looking for attentive care for critically ill animals.
