This is a very good clinic for pets. After visiting this clinic, my Golden Retriever’s ticks and fleas were completely removed.

I am writing this with a very heavy heart. I brought my cat to this clinic in an emergency, hoping she would receive immediate care and compassion. Instead, I was asked to wait when every second mattered. After that, they gave her an injection without properly checking her condition first, and sadly, her health became even worse after that. What hurt me the most was how helpless I felt during the whole situation. I was already deeply scared and emotional, but I did not feel supported or heard. I was not given clear answers, and even in such a serious moment, communication felt extremely poor. My cat passed away after this experience, and I will always carry the pain of that loss. I also felt that there was too much focus on money at a time when I had nothing left and only wanted my pet to be saved. I am sharing this review so that other pet parents think very carefully before coming here. For me, this was one of the most painful experiences of my life, and I truly wish no one else has to go through something like this.

Best pet clinic near Shahdara. The team handled my dog very gently and provided proper guidance.

My cat Rosy had pyometra surgery here and it was honestly a very stressful time for me. Special thanks to Dr. Aanchal 💞for handling her case so calmly and professionally. She explained everything clearly and guided me throughout the recovery process. Yes, the treatment is on the expensive side 😅 but the quality of care and satisfaction you get makes it worth it. You definitely feel that your pet is in safe hands Overall, I’m grateful that Rosy is recovering well now. Thank you, Dr. Aanchal and team ❤️

They are only after money. They have untrained staff with no knowledge about the treatments, how to diagnose etc. They first suggested to treat our dog's swollen ear in just one procedure but when they realised we can *pay well*, they immediately shifted opinion to *snatch money from us* and suggested a 5 day procedure worth Rs 1400/- per day. What a shameful way to operate a hospital.
