My cat was attacked by another cat outside. We took her to bani park pet hosptial doctor charged money without even checking properly and said everything was fine. My cat’s condition worsened, so I took her to another vet for a second opinion, and it turned out she had swelling all over and a fever. Naresh and the first doctor just wanted money and were only interested in taking as much as they could. I'll definitely take a strict action and file a F.I.R against the fraud doctor. Would highly mention do not visit both the branch Jhotwara and Bani park.

Extremely disappointing and heartbreaking experience. My cat was in a critical condition, yet around 30 minutes were wasted while proper oxygen support was not available. What made it worse was that the staff already knew oxygen was available at another facility but still failed to guide us there in time. That delay cost us precious time, and we lost our beloved cat. The lack of urgency, professionalism, and responsibility was shocking. If your pet is in an emergency, think twice before trusting this hospital. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Jaipur Pet Hospital (Bani Park)
I cannot thank Jaipur Pet Hospital enough, especially Mr. Naresh, for the incredible care and compassion they showed towards my dogs, Bella and Coco.
A month ago, my dog Bella was in a very critical condition after being stung by a bee. It was late at night, around 11 PM, and we were extremely scared—we almost lost hope. But Mr. Naresh handled the situation so calmly and professionally and saved her life. I will always be grateful for that.
Recently, my other dog Coco also fell sick with vomiting and weakness. Within just one day of treatment, she recovered so well. During her treatment, when she was on IV drip, Mr. Naresh stayed with her, gently petting her, talking to her, and comforting her like she was his own. That level of care is truly rare.
What touched us the most was not just the medical treatment, but the emotional support. As pet parents, we were panicking and scared, but he reassured us, supported us, and treated us like family.
This is not a place that just focuses on money—it’s a place filled with genuine care, kindness, and love for animals.
Highly, highly recommended for anyone who truly loves their pets.
Thank you so much, Mr. Naresh, for everything you did for Bella and Coco. 🙏❤️

Poor. Phone number is of attendant on Google who if asked if it is open than says yes open. When we reach their doctor not available. Untrained staff causes pain to puppy and vaccination instead of properly injecting spill over body of puppy. Loss of Rs1800/- . First visit highly disappointed. Marked complaint in veterinary council as well. Better to go to k9 Vidhyadhar nagar jaipur.

My experience was extremely disappointing. Their 24-hour advertising proved meaningless when we brought in a broken kitten at night. There was no staff and the hospital is closed It was incredibly disturbing to watch the kitten suffer and then watch its condition deteriorate. I personally would not trust this clinic.
