If you are protective of your fur baby, please consider this a warning. I recently brought my cat here to be spayed. I’ll give credit where it's due: the surgery was a success, and the doctor is clearly skilled, though he comes across as quite arrogant. The real issue is the support staff. They lack patience and have zero gentle touch. Instead of calming my cat, they just used sheer force. I had to bring her back for five days of follow-up injections and dressing changes, and it broke my heart. She would scream in pain every single time, completely stressed out by their rough handling. I finally got so frustrated that I took her to a different clinic for the remainder of her care. The difference was night and day. Even when she resisted, the new staff handled her with incredible gentleness and compassion. Technical skill doesn't excuse a lack of empathy. I highly recommend taking your pets somewhere that treats them with the love and patience they deserve. I do not recommend this center.

Arrogant doctor Sanjeev Baruah, not a good place to visit for pet consultations. Not recommended!

The doctors here are well experienced. They know about pets and treats them well. The staff treats the dog like its their own dog. The reason I am giving them 4 star is that they sell all the pet products on MRP where as we have couple of retailers out who give 10-20% discount
