  We have been taking our pet poodle to Jeeva Kanakapura Road for over 2 years for grooming, bath and vet visits. Very good service. The groomers and vets are professional and polite. Good experience so far!

  Our experience with Jeeva has been truly wonderful. Storm, my little brother, means the world to my mother and me, and we are incredibly grateful to the entire Jeeva team for the care and dedication they showed him. A special thanks to Dr Swaroop and Dr Manogna, who cared for Storm as if he were their own. When he was just a 4-month-old puppy, they provided exceptional treatment and even helped save his eyesight. Today, our little champion is healthy, happy, and full of life. Seeing him thrive brings so much joy to our family. We will always be thankful for the compassion, expertise, and support shown by Dr Swaroop, Dr Manogna, and the entire Jeeva team. Thank you for giving Storm the chance to live a happy and healthy life. We are forever grateful. ❤️🐾

  One of the worst pet care facilities on Kanakapura Road. I took my Shih Tzu here for grooming and washing, and the experience was awful. My dog had a few knots in his fur, and the groomer handled him incredibly roughly. The attitude was completely unacceptable—it felt like they thought they were doing us a favor or doing it for free. Zero patience and zero care for animals. Absolutely do not recommend Jeeva Pet Clinic if you love your pet.

  Took a rescued dog (2 month old puppy) for treatment after someone ran car over its legs. After the doctor got to know its street dog, he hardly took 2 mins to check the puppy and said it would heal by itself and to get back if it doesn’t improve and just gave an injection. consultation fee of 500 Rs just for 2 mins checkup!! poor puppy is still limping. I feel consultation charges are slightly high as compared with other vet clinics.. there are very good and affordable veterinary clinics. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this one.

  Took my Shih Tzu for grooming here after a long gap of a bad experience from earlier. It was again disappointing. 1. I told the groomer exactly what has to be done and they didn't do it right. 2. They use tight rubber bands to tie his ears up while grooming which causes discomfort on his little ears, on top of the constant pulling of his fur at the chin for grip. 3. My pet was supposed to get a bath done but the groomer wasn't willing to understand that my pet's eyes get irritated if the shampoo gets into his eyes as he has very sensitive eyes. When I asked the groomer to just avoid the shampoo on his FACE (which is what is usually done at another grooming place) the groomer said "why should I give a bath then?" 4. The drools gravy carton is always covered in mold on the inside even when the product itself is not spoiled. Looks like the standard of quality provided here for grooming little dogs is just not it.
