My wife visited the clinic at 1 a.m. on June 8th 2026, I was on the call the entire duration as she was alone and heard the whole conversation with the Doctor. What was once a great place has gone downhill. My dog Kannu had ear discomfort, and the doctor (Karthik, if I am not mistaken) treated her poorly, asking us to restrain her like a prisoner. His fear, stemming from a past bite, led to unprofessional behavior, including a rude comment towards my wife to his co-worker. We understand Telugu and he got it from her. We still behaved and kept our cool but utterly disappointed. After 15 minutes of questions, he still couldn’t diagnose the issue. It was just an allergy. The availability of a doctor means nothing if they’re incapable in emergencies. Please avoid this place. Instead, try Supertails (24/7 on Bannerghatta Road) or RS Veterinary on KR Road. A capable doctor matters the most. Save your pet from careless, inexperienced treatment. Jeeva hospital was once a great place, not anymore. Its commercial and expensive.

The doctor helps you understand what needs to be done. They have complete setup 1) Doctor with support team for complete care for your pet 2) Grooming center. 3) Food and accessories store for your pets. 4) Enough space for parking and waiting area. What can be better is upkeep of space. I think they must focus on hygiene, it's helps have win more confidence for pet parents.

Go to this hospital only if you don't care !! The hospital was approached to save the life of a very young rescue puppy. Undermining the seriousness and unable to diagnose the situation, they tried their best to send back without any treatment. The clinic showed no inclination towards saving the puppy - and, after 2 days as in patient, handed over to foster in a state that the puppy was not even getting up and walking. There was no rescue discount requested - or given - but the way it was handled was with total lack of respect to life. The only demand was to deposit 15k upfront. When I asked for the basis - the answer was - my hospital my rules !! There was no merit in terms of how the transaction was handled or treatment was done. The person on phone made it clear they are business organization and not NGO - which is true, and is absolutely fine. But don't be in the VET HOSPITAL BUSINESS of you can not value the life that comes to you for treatment. Too many times they can't speak for themselves. The first pic was sent to me for charging, second pic is how the puppy was handed over to the care giver. Puppy did not survive beyond 3 days. Adding my comments based on the falsified response given below : - what i explained on phone which was conveniently overlooked : my daughter studies at BLR and stays in hostel. Found sick puppy outside her University and tried to help. I don't live in BLR and hence unable to come in person - I reached out to your hospital by choice in minutes, not because of any number you had. - she had called me totally shattered at your apathy and refusal to treat puppy as in patient despite the fact that she is in a hostel and is another allowed to bring any rescue - I called to ask for treatment of puppy How shameless and unethical can an organisation get for the sake of money ? How can you demand 15k upfront - charge me 3500 + OPD fee from my daughter AND then hand over the puppy untreated ( RESCUED ??? ).

Animal abuse, spinal fracture 8 months old dog was admitted. For 2.5 days, i have paid 10000 for a indie community dog. He was sleeping on his own urine the whole night and unless i visited no 1 bothered. Dr.Sindhu is the worst with no empathy towards her profession. She was extremely rude right from the beginning. She infact laughed seeing the dog vet in his urine and to the fact that the attenders did not clean the dog before me visiting. Charges are equivalent to Cessna. They do quote that they have given 5%-8% for street dogs but dont give you any receipt or evidence for the treatment. Injection vile had a charge of Rs.600, doctor Sindhu event quoted that there is service charge and the injection original price (which is not mentioned anywhere) is Rs.1000 per shot. Refraine from taking your dog here unless you want to kill them.
