  Not recommended !!! My african grey parrot was doing too good before i took him to this clinic. He prescribed medication after charging 3000 rs post blood tests. My grey was talking and was in a very good condition. He prescribed a uric acid medicine for the bird. I gave the medication to my pet as prescribed by him but within fews hours my bird vomitied and died. I clearly understand the criticality of accurate medication and dosage. Hence, i was very peculiar about dosage and timing as per his guidance. The medication as per his prescription killed my bird within 12 hours. SERIOUSLY !!! He told me the bird is completely ok and asked for Follow up post 15 days. But after one dose, the bird died. The dose, the experience, the medication..nothing worked..rather even my pet was not even in a critical condition. It was a worst experience at this clinic. Please do not consider this clinic especiallyyyy for a bird !!!!..i dont know about dogs and cats..but birds..Please..A big NO !!!!.

  We took our 3-month-old Shih Tzu, Oreo, to Dr. Joshi when he suddenly became very sick. As first-time pet parents, we were extremely worried, but Dr. Joshi was calm, patient, and explained everything clearly. He examined Oreo thoroughly, performed the necessary tests, and started treatment immediately. Over the next few days, he monitored Oreo closely with IV fluids, medications, and regular follow-ups. Thanks to his timely diagnosis and treatment, Oreo gradually recovered, started eating again, and is now doing much better. What impressed us the most was that Dr. Joshi never recommended unnecessary procedures and always focused on what was best for our puppy. He was honest, reassuring, and answered all our questions patiently. We are truly grateful for the care and dedication shown by Dr. Joshi and his team. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy veterinarian. Thank you, Dr. Joshi, for helping our little Oreo recover! 🐶❤️

  Extremely poor experience with my Pet Sky Sky was vomiting and we took him to this clinic. They did an X-Ray but the X-Ray machine was not working. They said Dr Joshi will come and fix the X Ray meanwhile Dr. Ridhi was the one who was checking Sky and they immediately put Sky on Saline for 3 hrs. In between they slowed down the saline to wait for the Dr Malhar joshi to come to clinic. When Dr came they did X ray and told us the X ray is fine. 6 days from then since again Sky is not keeping well with all the symptoms . We took him to another doctor. Then we asked the Dr Joshi clinic to send us the report. Today in the report we got to know there were foregin bodies in his stomach. How inexperience doctors have easily said the X-Ray was fine. They put all the anitbiotics in the saline just to do the billing. I will never suggest this clinic to any Pet Parent. And the most important, when doctor came after 3 hrs. He didnt even came and discussed with us or checked Sky at all. He just did the X-Ray. Because of this experience my baby has lost 3 kg in a week. If he has been treated good last week. He should not have suffered this much. Extremely unprofessional. He is so sacred now going to doctors acter this experience. No mention of the medicines also in the prescription by the clinic. Please dont go to this clinic.

  Worst experience at a veterinary clinic. The doctor seems more focused on making money than on providing proper care. He does not explain the treatment, refuses to share reports physically, and gives no transparency about procedures. Recently, I was charged ₹7,000 without any clear disclosure or breakdown of the charges. Extremely unprofessional behavior with a negative and dismissive attitude. Would not recommend this doctor to any pet parent I would rather suggest Nilimas clinic at malad west who is excellent at understand the need of pet and humble enough to closely help and inderstand parent about problem and its medication.

  Updating my review... I honestly don’t know whether I should recommend this clinic or not. Sadly, my cat passed away today within a few minutes of starting the treatment. I do not know exactly what went wrong, but something felt very concerning to me. What upset me even more was that the doctor called me and spoke very rudely during such a difficult time, asking me to delete my review. Instead of deleting it, I felt it was better to update and correct my thoughts based on my experience.
