Horrible experience!!! My shih tzu was completely shaved off before I could even bat an eyelid. The groomer probably only knows how to shave. He has no idea about trimming (which is what I had asked for). He said he will comb him in the beginning. I received a call and stepped out for a minute. When I came back, one side of my dog was completely shaved off. I was stunned and super upset. I have never had this kind of experience before. Even the shave was in steps and totally uneven. We spent another 3 hours in a decent salon to balance the remaining hair with his shaved body. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go there. Totally inexperienced groomer. The place is tiny and dingy, set up at the car park.

I took my puppy to this doctor,, they gave him vaccinations of leptospirosis when he was just 45days.. this doctor said that he is fine for vaccination.. that tym he was so caring because of money... On 21st at 6am when I called this doctor for home visit urgently, because my puppy was having convulsions and breathing difficulties, he told me to get my puppy at 10:30am.. eventually my puppy is no more.. this is what they call professionalism?? What kind of ethics do they have I don't understand.?? What experience this vet people have given me,, is the worst.. I would never trust such kind of people,, who never responds to humanity. Remember,, no one can run away from KARMA.

Amazing service! Highly recommend it to all pet owners especially cause they can get your pet groomed and checked out by the vet at the same time! Fabulous!

Such a worst place for pet.. this doctor didn't even examine my puppy before giving vaccination... after giving vaccination he started getting unwell.. and when I called the vet for immediate attention and to give a home visit,, the doctor simply refused to come
