I had taken my pet for ways and when we got him back and he started closing one eye. After an hour he closed both eyes. When we asked the groomer they said it was nothing. We got it check by our vet doctor and got to know it was the negligence of the groomer that they had not taken care and the shampoo had affected his eyes. It was a critical situation and they have handled it very causally. I am absolutely disappointed.

Best pet clinic in this area. Both the doctors are very compassionate and helpful. They take real good care of pets and do not suggest unnecessary medicines and tests. They have always answered called and helped us even when we have an emergency. Our pet Sunny gets instantly better after visiting this clinic whenever he is unwell.

I didn’t have good experience. I tried to help a pet who was suffering from tick fever. They had told my friend to search for donor.. they asked me . I took my Gsd donated 300ml within half an hour.. they didn’t preserve it properly. After 5 -6 hours they got report and tried to transfuse stored blood . It had clotted .. couldn’t give blood.. I don’t know what to tell.. but they seemed careless from the beginning of the process .. didn’t like the way they handled my pet..

A painful warning to all pet parents I am Ramesh. My wife and I lost our 5½-month-old Shih Tzu puppy, Simba, due to extreme negligence by Kushi Pet Clinic, RR Nagar. We took Simba to this clinic when he was just 40 days old for deworming and vaccinations. All vaccinations were done by Dr. Kushal, and we trusted the doctors completely. After 3 months, Simba had vomiting and loose motion. Dr. Prakash treated him and he recovered. Last week, on Saturday, Simba stopped eating. On Sunday morning we rushed him to the same clinic. Dr. Kushal gave injections and medicines. Immediately after coming home, Simba started vomiting and had loose motion. By evening, he had blood motion. We informed the doctor and even sent photos, but the situation was not taken seriously. We were told to “wait for two days.” We rushed Simba to the clinic again. Only glucose was given. No blood test, no X-ray, no proper diagnosis — even though he was bleeding and only a small puppy. On Monday morning, again injections and glucose were given. Right in front of the doctor, Simba passed blood motion again. My wife was crying, but still no urgency or proper treatment. By Monday evening, Simba collapsed. His body temperature dropped to 91°F. Only then were we told to shift him to another hospital for blood — but it was too late. We lost our baby on the way. Simba was not just a pet. He was our son. We raised him with love, care, and trust in this clinic — and that trust was broken. I am sharing this so that other pet parents do not go through the same pain. Please choose your veterinary clinic carefully. A doctor’s negligence can cost a life. We will carry this pain forever. 😞🐾 This is my new reply text message on 3rd February Mr. Kushal, I am replying very late because of the pain and trauma we went through. Due to your mistake and negligence, we had already lost one of our pets. You told us that our pet did not die due to food infection, but the truth is that it happened because of your negligence. After Simba’s death, within 4 days we brought home another Shih Tzu puppy. Unfortunately, the same issues started again. The puppy was just 45 days old 🥲. This time, we immediately consulted a very intelligent and professional doctor. He conducted a blood test and clearly identified that the new puppy was infected with Parvo virus. He clearly told us that the infection was transmitted from our previous puppy and that we should not have brought a new puppy home for at least 2 months. Because of your irresponsibility, another innocent puppy had to undergo 4 days of ICU treatment. By God’s grace, the puppy is now out of danger. Your reply to our review, where you compared this serious issue to “just two pieces of chips,” is extremely insensitive and unacceptable. No pet can die just because of chips, Kushal. If I have to say one thing honestly — you are not at all fit to be a veterinary doctor. I sincerely request all pet parents 🙏 Please think carefully before trusting this clinic. We trusted you, and we lost our pet 😢.
