I got my female car Remy spayed here. The entire process was smooth and Dr. Yathish was very prompt in answering all my questions. I was quite scared for my cat but his reassurance helped with keeping my calm. It’s been a month since she got spayed and her recovery has been excellent.
Disgusted to my core !! Consider this -5 stars. Saw my cat weirdly abused by the 2 boys ( you can see them on the Google Photos of this place) helping the doctor !! Awful handling of my female cat. The staff is a bunch of creeps who were touching and (mis)handling my cat in a way I can’t really describe in words. Made me uncomfortable to my core and made my blood boil. I wish I had recorded this for proof. They were doing this in my presence then imagine what they’d be doing in our absence !! They also provide pet boarding I think!! DO NOT send ur pets here. Tried to leave as soon as I could with my cat. The doctor is decent and gave fair advice but he needs to get new staff!! The doc wasn’t exactly gentle with the cat but wasn’t creepy at least. The staff ( 2 other boys) though- CREEPS!! The way things are - never going there again. I deeply regret even going there in the first place. Fire the creeps !! The doctor really needs to hire and train decent people and teach how pets can be handled with respect and care!
I had brought my cat in twice, first time was for ringworm infection ( she recovered soon) and the second time was to get her spayed. As Dr. Yatish had mentioned, she was dull the first night and got back to her usual self post that after getting spayed. He is trustworthy and very easy to talk to. I’d definitely recommend bringing your cat to him.
Took my puppy for his first vaccination here. Doctor helped us understand the entire schedule and what to expect which was very helpful as I’m a first time pet parent! He was very gentle with my pet and didn’t recommend anything out of the ordinary.
I trust this Dr and the staffs blindly. I had my first cat neutered here, and I’m back again for my other cat. The Dr is genuinely kind and deeply concerned about animal well-being. I realized this when I saw him advise a dog owner not to use any shampoo on their pet without first testing it on themselves. He explained that anything irritating to humans can harm pets too, no matter how famous the brand is. That moment truly earned my trust. The price here is reasonable too.
