I honestly regret trusting this hospital with my pet’s treatment. What was supposed to help only made my cat’s condition worse. I followed everything they advised, but instead of improvement, his health kept declining. The two female doctors there did not seem confident or knowledgeable in handling the case. It felt like there was no proper assessment, just repeated changes in medication without understanding what was actually going wrong. The night-duty staff was also extremely unprofessional in the way things were handled. My cat was given excessive medication which affected his liver. Later we discovered that ammonia levels had increased in his body, which caused serious complications. His condition kept worsening day by day, and at one point he couldn’t even walk. Every visit only resulted in higher dosages instead of proper investigation. Eventually, we had to consult another veterinary clinic near Bannerghatta Road, and only then did we receive the right diagnosis and appropriate treatment. If you truly care about your pet’s safety, please think twice before choosing this hospital. My experience has been extremely disappointing and painful.
