We had a really terrible experience at Lucky Paws. We had brought our cat in for a routine vaccination, they suggested us to get a blood test. Then they were so unprofessional in handling her that for a simple blood test my cat was bleeding a lot! They had shaved her poorly and cut her. They couldn't even remove the bandage and we had to do it ourselves. My cat was in pain and traumatized for 2 days, which is rare for her as she is very energetic usually. Neither the vet nor the handler were professional or transparent. Do not take your pet here.

I adopted an Indie puppy during my travels and we settled in Electronic City. I chose Lucky Paws as our vet because of the good reviews, convenient location, and their updated equipment. I also liked that they were a smaller hospital, not caught up in the race for customers. They performed the spaying surgery and microchip insertion on my dog and they did an excellent job, including the after care treatment. When my dog ate something toxic and got sick, they were very responsive, helpful, and supportive. My dog is an 11-month old indie adopted from the street, so she has a lot of energy and the staff has always been patient and kind with her treatments. Also, I am a tourist, so I had to go through the difficult process of preparing to export my dog, and they were incredibly helpful, patient and supportive during this whole process. They provide quality care 24/7 for very affordable rates. They are always very responsive to my requests. I highly recommend you use them when ever your pet needs care.

Dear Dr. Keerthi, Thank you for the extraordinary care you gave to the little indie pup we rescued from the street. Your calm, compassionate approach, clear guidance, and thorough treatment made all the difference in their recovery. From the first check-up to the careful follow-ups, you treated this tiny life with so much dignity and kindness. Because of you, a scared, fragile pup is now healthy, playful, and safe. We’re deeply grateful for your skill, your patience, and the heart you bring to your work. You didn’t just heal an animal you gave them a second chance at a happy life. A big thanks to all supporting staffs as well.

Very expensive hospital. I have been consulting there since 6 years but looks like management has become greedy now. Took my pet for ear infection. Doc just checked her ears, did lab test and prescribed medications. The invoice included 400 for consultation, 350 for ear cleaning , 300 for just looking at her ears with otoscope and 2000 for other things. Wow! This is like pediatrcian charging 500 for writing medicine and 500 for looking into kid's ears. Insane! I spoke to the doctor now and she said that management automatically charges like this. I don't have problem with charging for ear cleaning/medicine/consultation charges but 300 for just using otoscope to see the ears is too much, really!!
