Manu pet has been really good ive been taking my cats since small and I feel much comfortable by their hospitality and also they have the best doctor who even gives good and useful advice related to anything about pet care. Even the boarding is too good from hygiene to taking care of them.
Absolutely terrible experience. I took my dog in for a simple grooming session and ended up leaving with him injured. He was reportedly dropped from the table, which is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care and professionalism. When I tried to address the situation, the response was even more disappointing. The front desk staff (who I was told is the owner’s sister) was dismissive and rude, telling me to “calm down” instead of acknowledging what had happened. Rather than taking responsibility, they seemed more concerned about defending their staff than addressing the harm caused to my dog. My dog is a senior, well-behaved, and was even muzzled at the time, so there was no justification for such negligence. Instead of showing empathy or urgency, they delayed things unnecessarily before suggesting further tests like a CT scan—adding more stress and expense. To make matters worse, instead of providing a clear diagnosis or proper treatment plan, they simply put my dog on painkillers. This felt like a way to temporarily mask the issue rather than actually address the underlying problem, leaving me with no real solution or clarity about his condition. Overall, the staff, including the doctor and management, came across as arrogant and unprofessional. There was zero accountability and no genuine concern for the animal’s wellbeing. I would strongly advise pet owners to avoid this clinic. What should have been a routine visit turned into a stressful and painful experience for both me and my dog.
My one and only goto place for my bunny pet's health check! Kudos to Dr.Hemanth and Dr.Tanuja ma'am for the utmost care for the pet, without whom it would be very difficult for me to have my pet 👍🙏
The doc is fine but the price is too much always gives u high bills they are making so much money out of this
An excellent place for pet care! The doctor is highly skilled and genuinely cares about the pets. They also offer a great range of products that are both effective and high-quality. I always feel confident leaving my pet in their hands. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch care and products!
